Hi there, I am looking to visit in May 2017 any time after 11am and would like to do the combination "tails and trunks" tour. I would also like to do the afternoon walk with cheetahs - is there a package for this? Also, is there parking on site as we will be travelling by car. Many thanks for your help.
Hi Len & Mandy. We are heading your way (so lucky to be staying at Hog Hollow) 3rd and 4th November 2015. We are all really excited about visiting your superb sanctuary. Our son will be 10 years old and is 1.5 metres tall. He is very well behaved and a budding zoologist, reading wildlife magazines every month. He is also very sporty fit kid. Do you think it would be possible for him to join us on an evening combo wildcat experience and a walk with the cheetahs? Regards, Steve and Christine Gardner
Thanks Mandy for your prompt response. Am exploring two options as am so keen to be at Tenikwa
1. Leave the kid with any of you depending on the duration of the walk. If the duration is around 60 mins, in that case, I think both of us can go for the walk. we both are so keen to go together :)
2. One of us goes for the walk and the other parent goes for the photographic tour of the wildcat experience.
Can you please confirm the duration of the tour and some more details on what do we do in the photographic tour ?
We are planning to visit on May 9 and plan to do the sun set tour !
One more question - How long is the Cheetah walk ? In case our child is not allowed, can we both do it turn by turn , while one parent sits with the kid.. exploring ways :))
Hi- We are quite excited to visit the Tenikwa Wildlife Center. Can our 4 year old son join the Cheetah walk ? PLease let us know. Thanks
