Two cruises were cancelled due to the pandemic and they refuse to refund $3000 because we purchased gift cards. They refunded the gift cards which we attempted ot use on a second cruise which was again cancelled. The next cruise we can attend will cost $1000 more than our original cruise (same destination and length) so now we will need to shell out more money to take a cruise. They also never refunded the bonus cards that were issued when we purchased the gift cards, which seems a little hypocritical since this was the reason we bought the cards and the reason they refuse to refund our money. Now our only choice is to take a shorter cruise or spend even more money.

We went on the seven-day Mexican Riviera cruise at the end of February 2020, absolutely loved it! The ship is a sister ship to the Regal Princess that we went on in the Caribbeans. It's kept up well and offers luxurious amenities. Staff onboard are generally very nice and offered good service. We will definitely sail with Princess again when the lock down is over. Our favorite city was Puerto Vallarta, which was beautiful and the atmosphere was chill. Cabo San Lucas was small and crowded with really nothing to see, unless you are into drinking and fishing. Mazatlan is a hilly industrial town that seemed very chaotic.

How many Carnival Corp.; Princess Cruises customers were startled to learn, in Mar 2020 that there had been a 'significant data breech' of Princess cruises between May - Jul 2019? I CERTAINLY WAS!!!! Why did it take 8 months to inform customers? Very curious!!

Our cruise on the Royal Princess to Mexico was the last before Princess suspended their cruise departures. The cruise was excellent. The staff was fabulous. Lets understand this shut down has nothing to do with the cruise industry. When they come back we will continue cruising. It is th BEST vacation that you can take

This was my favorite cruise and Princess made it Special. This trip was on a relatively new ship and everything was wonderful. The balcony, the service, the weather, the ports, the excursions.... I do not know if this cruise could be duplicated, but I am going to try. The CAT excursions in Antigua and Barbados will always be Great Memories. Thanks Princess!!
