Royal Carribean did not keep their promise to fully reimburse my cruise. Instead of refunding my deposit, they issued a "future cruise credit " for $300. Is it really worth $300 and heaps of deception to permanently lose business. I have been promised the rest of my thousands of dollars in 45 days. They reimbursed $200 so far. Extremely poor choices. They are only about the money!

I booked a cruise for June 19, 2020 with Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas and had to cancel due to the Corona virus. During hard times these cruise companies have shown their worst side. I have learned that Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines priority is your money not you! After canceling the cruise they are charging me $400 in cancellation fees regardless of the pandemic. You would think that they would understand that passengers may need their money as many have lost their jobs. Nope as Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines does not care about you, they only worry about the money you paid and what they have to refund you. So after canceling I was told it would take about three weeks for the refund. I cancelled my cruise in February and here we are in June and they still owe me $200. What Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines decided to do is to refund passengers their money in small deposits which makes absolutely no sense. I have called numerous times and the same answer is provided "it is being processed". I wrote a letter to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines headquarters in Miami and they could care less as they never even responded. Many passengers are very upset as they cancelled their cruise due to the Corona pandemic and lost their deposits. Only to discover that Royal Caribbean had cancelled their cruise months later. Do you think Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines could at least waive their deposit fees and help their passengers? Nope as you are nothing to them if you cancel and they don't care or want to hear your excuses even during a worldwide pandemic! I lost $400 on a cruise that they cancelled anyways but they can't make an exception to their own rule and help the passengers that may or may not cruise again with them. Money making floating machines is all they are. Never again Royal Caribbean as you have shown what your priorities are, the passenger's wallet.

The ship was okay. Very neat and had plenty of activities. Servers and staff were very nice. The all inclusive bits were not generous. My 2 biggest complaints are that these ships have their headquarters in the US but claim residency in Panama. Not okay. Secondly, if you find yourself sick on these ships you can only see a doctor if you pay $700. THAT is an unacceptable practice and life endangerment. It needs to be changed for the safety of passengers. I had no idea this was the case until I found myself in need of medical care. For the thousands of dollars I spent to take my family on this ship, the very least it should provide is medical services if they are needed. I will NEVER cruise again and urge anyone with medical issues...DO NOT CRUISE. Your life is in danger.

This cruise ship is absolutely breathtaking from the food and the staff to the destinations and activities on board. For starters, the food was AMAZING!!!! The waiters are so friendly and Created the Perfect atmosphere for a sit down dinner and/or breakfast with your family. They chose many great late night pool-side movies and many poolside activities during the day. I would totally recommend seeing one of their ice shows or maybe even their play on 'Grease' . I would definitely recommend this cruise!

The embarkation process was somewhat difficult. Once onboard, the ship staff was fabulous. Meals were excellent, service was impeccable.
