First time cruising with Royal Caribbean and won’t be the last! My husband and I truly enjoyed our 7 night Western Caribbean cruise out of Tampa. Highlights: 1. The staff- They seem to be a family and wanted their guests to feel part of this ship’s family. Excellent service everywhere you go. 2. The activities/ entertainment- Something for everyone and the choices abound! We enjoyed the headline shows which included impressive entertainers from juggling to excellent singing groups. Areas to improve: 1. Would have been nice to have outlets on/ near the cabin night tables. 2. We would have enjoyed a lap pool to swim. We both highly recommend you check this ship out if you haven’t already!!

The primary reason is the quality of the service provided by the crew… Here are some folks I would like to say went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and that our every need was met… Dining Manager Yassar - it’s clear what a great leader he is by how awesome his staff is! Jatin - of all the crew we met on this cruise, Jatin was 110% all the time. I would encourage you to consider promoting this man and doing whatever possible to keep him in the Royal Caribbean Family. He was so considerate of our every need while dinning at both The Wind Jammer and at My Fair Lady. He is the best! Our wait staff at My Fair Lady… James & Lennon Both were super friendly and were of the highest quality servers we have had “anywhere” not just on ships. Cabin: Robin - too tremendous care of our stateroom and made us feel special! Salon: Anuraj I visited and had my hair cut and styled! “Raj” not only did a great job at that but was super friendly and again made me feel special. Casino Beverage Aldrin This young man should be promoted! From our first night he went out of his way to take care of my wife and I with our drink request! Fast, friendly and professional! Entire casino table games crew - I played tables (mostly craps) almost every evening. From the pit bosses to all the dealers what a great crew!!! VEGAS would learn a lot from your crew in how to treat gaming guests. Loved the following too: Beatles tribute show Veterans Tribute Parade of Chefs Parade of Flags of Nations The one excursion I found super entertaining and fun was the Luca Libre in Cozumel Mexico. Super convenient location, great transport and top rate entertainment! Loved it!!! Your crew is really the factor that made this cruise so special! If there were a way to book knowing this same crew would be on ship that would close the deal for us’ I realize that’s not possible! Fantastic job by the crew of the Enchantment of the Seas Crew April 6th - 13th. There were other crew that I failed to get their names but it is clear that from stern to aft, port to starboard this ship and crew delivered an enjoyable, relaxing, refreshing and fun vacation. Please share our gratitude if at all possible. We tried to thank all of these folks personally. Thanks again Scott and Nancy Shireman

This was our 2nd time on Enchantment...and we all (including my 18 y/o) enjoyed the ship and crew!!! It's an older ship but it's obvious they try their best to take good care of it. The crew is personal, upbeat and phenomenal. The food was DELISH!!! Normally on cruises, I order an entree from Chops in the MDR (there's normally a small price for it); however, we ate in the MDR every single night and not once during this 7 night cruise did I ever need to order a different entree....selections were awesome and we often would grab an extra starter or dessert for the entire table to share. Our room steward was awesome and attentive to our needs. The shows were not the best...but there was a good abundance of activities. The gym is clean but has the same older equipment that was in there when we sailed on her in 2019. We stayed in Junior Suite 8172 which is at the aft and the balcony was AMAZING!!!!

This was our third cruise and sadly not the best. Our cruise left out of Tampa and visited Costa Maya, Roatan, Belize city, and Cozumel. First, unlike the two previous cruises, we were unable to get a balcony room. The boat is older and there are relatively few balcony rooms compared to newer ships. Our room was quite small, but it was clean and functional. The bathroom was also tiny. There was a window but it was so filthy and crusted with salt spray it was hard to see out some of the time. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. Oddly many of the outlets were the European kind which meant there were only 2 outlets in the entire room we could use and none anywhere near the bedside. The AC worked pretty well. there was a small TV which we never turned on. The room also had a small safe. There was no mini fridge. While small, there was a decent amount of storage in the room, and there was room under the bed for suitcases. The ship is quite old and many areas are showing their age with rust and peeling paint in many guest areas especially on deck. Maintenance crews were always grinding or painting something. The Good: the best thing was the staff. Universally friendly and helpful. Waiters were excellent, bartenders were friendly and the entertainment staff did a great job. The music. They had some excellent bands playing around the ship at various times. The lunch buffet. The food at the lunch buffet was very good. I always found something I liked. the drink package. while expensive, I feel I got my money's worth and the drinks were generally very good. The Average The rooms as mentioned above. The food. The buffet restaurant was always crowded and quite difficult to find a table every time we went there. The food at breakfast while OK, never changed the whole week. The sit-down dinner restaurant was just OK. the wait staff was great, but the food was just average. Nothing to write home about. Of course with 1000 people trying to eat at once it seemed to take a long time each night. The gym. The equipment was OK but some needed maintenance. The ports. the ports were very crowded with lots of salespeople trying to get us in their stores. The excursions were OK, but there always seemed to be a lot of waiting in line and half the time was spent getting to and from the excursion. The entertainment. The shows were good, but not quite up to what we had seen on the previous cruises. The dancers and singers were very hard working and talented, but just not the flash and effects we were used to seeing. The Bad Twice we had to tender to shore which was a terrible experience. we waited and waited in the theater for well over an hour only to then wait again in the corridor in a huge line before getting on a lifeboat. Then we did the reverse to get back on the boat. It was awful. Every other ship was docked and people could just walk on and off with ease. The crowds. There were never enough loungers by the pool. not once was I able to get a nice one by the pool except late in the afternoon. The pool was too small and at the same time too deep. why would they have a pool that is 5'6" deep with no shallow area. My GF is only 5 foot tall! she couldn't use the pool at all. I will say the lifeguards were extremely attentive. We had a good time, but I didn't like it as much as other cruises we have taken.

Staff is extremely friendly. Food was some of the best we've had on a cruise ship. If you tend to get sea sick this boat is not for you. I would say the seas were typical, but the boat never stopped rocking. In some cases it rolled pretty hard and would hate to see this boat on a rough sea day.
