We had a balcony cabin on this ship and it wasvery pleasant. the ship was a little tattered, but the small size made up for it. We didn't have to worry about lines anywhere, dinner was easy, and everyone was realllly relaxed. We went from Miami to Key West, to Belize and the Cozumel and Cancun. The only downside about the ship was that they didn't have a diamond lounge, so you ended up with a 3 drink limit at the bars, of which there were barely three. I would book this ship again because of its size, though. It was just so relaxed.

Prior to the trip i was concerned about all the news about the corona virus and if we should even cruise at this time. We decided to go and I am glad we did. At check in they asked question about if you traveled to current hot areas of the corona virus and current health conditions. Once on the ship the crew was very good about reminding everyone to was their hands (washy washy) prior to entering the buffet area. I saw them always cleaning and wiping down areas. All this put my concerns at ease and we had a wonderfull time. All the staff was were great, the food was very good and the whole experience just great. Our cabin stewart Sean made sure we always had ice in our bucket and kept the room spotless. This ship is one of their smaller ships but it was smooth sailing all the way with plenty of space for everyone. Also I guess due to the smaller size the ship was on teh other side away from the other cruise ships so that ment less traffic. All in all I would definitetly sail with her again.

Was very disappointed with Royal Caribbean. We knew this was an older ship but the maintenance of the ship could have been better ( clean the windows, remove rust from metal on balcony). Mattress is terrible...we had three mattress pads on our mattress and every morning woke up with the pads all bunched up. They have no outlets by the bed to plug in a CPAP machine. Had to place a cord on the floor from the the machine all the way across to the vanity. One night I tripped on it and then moved the cord behind our pillow across the floor by the tv which had an outlet. Toilet did not flush first morning. Had to run and look for a toilet when we were rushing for our excursion. They fixed it so they said. Next morning same thing. It didn't work. Very disappointed. First day upon arrival no one was there guiding us where our room might be. Wondered around until we found it. First day the food was cold and crumbs all over the floor in the Windjammer while we waited to be let into our room.

We loved it! It was a relaxing vacation with good entertainment. The ship is smaller and older but well kept. The cabin was very small. Staff was friendly. This was our 16th cruise and I would recommend this ship. Everything was laid back and no formal night. If I had young children I would go on a larger ship with more activities for them. The kids I saw though were having a great time.

What a fantastic cruise. I was surprised at the size of the ship when we first got on it. I've been on Anthem of the Seas and Harmony of the seas and they are much larger. However, from day one this cruise ship and it's crew were incredible. I loved my experience so much, I'm taking my daughter on the Empress in March. For me the smaller ships are better. The trip is more personalized than on the bigger ships. By the end of the cruise, my friend and I knew many of the people on the ship. We all had dinner the last night together. It was amazing. In addition, the crew knew us by name and truly went above and beyond to make or cruise the best possible. The food and entertainment was top notch. Nothing seemed to be overcrowded which was great after coming off the bigger ships. There were all kinds of activities going on day and night for all ages. I really can't say enough great things about this wonderful ship and it's crew!!!!
