An iconic building always filled with locals and visitors. This is the place where the Argentinian flag was created and displayed for the first time. The complex is always being renovated and worth a visit for a history tour

It´s a nice place to visit. In this open area you may have a lovely family time, you may found boats to sail in the lake.

Rosario doesn't have an ocean, so La Florida is the next best thing. A nice beach with restaurants and activities. You can play some beach volley or water sports, rent a kayak, or take a trip to one of the many islands.

Great place for kids and even adults to explore, discover, learn and play.
From drawing, painting, making paper, sewing rag doll, creating video animations, watching the stars to getting rid of your fears, there are so many activities (and more) that one afternoon isn't enough to do it all.
I regularly go there with my 4 and 6yrs old and we easily spend 5 hours each time. Children love the place and can wander pretty much on their own - It is a huge place (former train station) and many of the activities are in the central area so you can easily sit down and watch your kids go from one workshop to another.
Do not hesitate to bring a snack as there are not coffee shop inside but plenty of sitting areas.
Entry fee is really cheap and free under 4ys old.

This is a historic local museum, formerly a house owned by a traditional family in Rosario, which shows memorabilia in an authentic setting --rooms furnished and decorated in their original styles, with interesting paintings and cutlery. Worth paying a visit, good central location, downtown.

This specific Parque is at what we might refer to as the upper end of the long Green Space that fronts the Paranna River. The other Or downriver portion would be the Parque Nacional a la Bandera. It is a fantastic piece of workmanship that is dotted with huge trees several gym type buildings, etc. The river portion has a large walking space, portion of which is grated so you can see the River below. Today there were a lot of folk enjoying a picnic. In addition the large railing was lined with fishermen, attempting to catch the white fish that were breaching. The river seemed to be in full flood, very brown in color and being used today by not only ocean going ships but wind surfers and sailing boats of varying size.

Cannot miss this bridge from the city over the Paraná River. A beautiful structure with great views of the city. Nice to cross to the neighboring state in Argentina.

this is a walk of at least 30', it should start at Spain Park and, following the river flow, walk calmly seeing some iconic buildings like Rosario Customs building, the Barracks initially used by Rosario port, now a site for concerts and street arts school. After about 10 blocks, you can see the Flag Memorial, built to honor the place where the Argentine flag was raised for the first time, in 1812. This Monument has an elevator where it is possible to have a very good view of the river and it's delta, as well as part of Rosario city at the top of it.

The center of Rosario seems safe with tons of people. Several walking streets intersect to form a great area for shopping deals. Plentiful taxis and some great restaurants as well.
