The place is full of history, go early so you can take the extended tour including rupestres wall painting, there’s only one tour by day and starts around 9 am.
The rest of the self guided hikes are very easy and the views stunning.
There’s a small place to have a coffee and wifi service at the entrance.

If you have knee or hip problems, ask for an elevator or go somewhere else - don't assume, especially in B&B or quaint, historic locales, you'll be "riding" to those cubby holes under the roof

Despite the challenging format of this museum appealing to multimedia in its 10 rooms we found that the rooms were badly lit. In many cases it was impossible to read the descriptions, which were only offered in Spanish. When we complained to the receptionist she admitted that many bulbs were burnt and needed replacement. The Tourist Office was not aware of these facts, about which we informed. Ticket u$s 0.75

It is a beautiful monument built to honor the people from San Luis that helped in the Independence Revolution. It is surrounded by hills, which makes the landscape much more beautiful.

The cathedral of San Luis is more than 100 years old. It is in the middle of the city, accross the main square and it has one of the finest music organs in Argentina. Hopefully you will be able to listen to it.

42 km from San Luis City. It is the Laguna de El Bebedero where the salt comes from.
You have to get there in a taxi, and it is not expensive.
You can climb over mountains of salt and jump and get beautiful fotos
