What travellers are saying
- lolaLondon, UK3 contributionsThe architecture is something I could never get over , I suggest that you go early in the morning to not find a lot of people so you can enjoy the whole experience. The time freezes for a lapse of time and you feel you just got into a Harry Potter movie at least for me hahahhaWritten 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - FreeJohnnyIstanbul754 contributionsWe have visited the place and check out sculptures and some shops, we did not eat anything or shop. We had done those out somewhere else so it was really nice to spend some time while it was drizzle outWritten 6 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gr_SofiaPatras, Greece80 contributionsCan you imagine taking a photo in front of Big Ben and 10 minutes later in front of Eifel Tower? If you visit mini Europe, you will have the chance to "travel" around Europe just in 2-3 hours. Very impressive and a nice activity for childrenWritten 23 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA16 858 contributionsOne of the grandest buildings on the Grand Place, you will want to linger and adore its architectural might. Take some photos, although that might be hard to do as there are so many tourists around. We were here on a weekend so were unable to get inside.Written 1 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John RHarpenden, UK117 contributionsWe had a couple of hours to kill before catching the Eurostar from Brussels to London, so we thought we’d try out the Musical Instruments Museum. It was fabulous. What a collection of hundreds of instruments of all sorts….drums, harpsichords, trumpets, ocarinas, flutes, clarinets, harps, organs, accordions, bandoneons, concertinas, pianos, pianolas , hurdy Gurdies …. just to name a few plus some very unusual ones from China and South America. There is an audio guide on which you can hear samples of the instruments playing…. Simply key in the number of the exhibit. There are beautiful harpsichords with inlaid patterns and paintings on the wood. There are three floors of instruments and I would allow 45 -60 minutes for each floor.
It is located about a 30 minutes walk or 10 min taxi ride from the Eurostar station.Written 19 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My only note would be I’d love a notice board where it showed what was in the pipe line.
The ground staff are always helpful and willing to chat about floral displays etc.Written 1 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NicoleMBend, Oregon, United States16 contributionsThis is a spectacular museum! The interior architecture and layout is stunning. The dinosaur exhibit is even MORE stunning! It was quiet when we visited and we couldn't believe the quality and quantity of large dinosaur exhibits. It's totally worth it to bring the whole family and spend a couple of hours discovering each room. Recommend!Written 8 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- EvaP PWashington, DC33 contributionsBrussels is easy to navigate, I used mostly public transportation. Once you get to the most "touristy" area, everything is reachable by walking. I have seen the Gran Place, the famous Mannequin and the shopping arcades within one day. There are a lot of place to stop by and eat along the way. On a second day I visited one of the cathedrals, Museum of Money and the Royal Museum of Fine arts. Highly recommend all.Written 8 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
