This was such an amazing experience and I am so happy I found this little gem. Cem and Lat were incredible hosts from the initial inquiry to the follow up with menus, I couldn’t have asked for more. Having booked spontaneously ( the morning of our visit ) I wasn’t sure what to expect apart from a few hours on the wok learning some new recipes. Well it was this and so much more. Their beautiful herb and vegetable gardens blew me away, the story behind their irrigation system and how they set everything up was so inspiring. I love how they live and breath sustainability in an authentic way.. I won’t share all the secrets as it’s apart of garden tour. I loved how you wander around the beds of fresh herbs and gardens, learning all about the plants, how to to grow and then add to our basket of ingredients for the cooking class.
I’ve done a few cooking classes across Asia and this was by light years the best in terms of a personalized experience and the cooking class itself.
