*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
Highly recommended trip. We had two guides Gareth and Terri, both were excellent. Terri very intuitive about guests needs, Gareth was fun and very inclusive of all guests. I thought I wouldn't do the canoeing but with Gareth's help I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Accommodation was above what I was expecting and all the activities were fun and interesting.
Picked up by Stephan Albert and taken safely to the Cape and back to Cape Town. I received lots of information about the region and the people. As I was traveling alone, Stephan helped with the selfies. Highly recommended. I was aware that it was not whale season. So Hermanus is a nice stop-over.
It was a great experience going to cape agulus and watching the two oceans meeting the Indian and Atlantic Ocean. With the help of Reemy it took us two hours from Cape Town and he was great guide and very trust worthy.
The true tip of Africa, not Cape Point, is well worth a visit and tastefully marked. A good place to propose as we saw one young couple become engaged across the two oceans! There are well marked trails in the area with some great sea views and a local lighthouse. A must visit if in the area. Not crazy hordes of coaches and tourists as at Cape Point (at least when we visited with a U3a group).
The monument and the lighthouse at Cape Agulhas was the best on the trip. The views are simply stunning and top of it all the seafood we had for lunch was great.
The drive is also good views especially through the frams and the rolling mountains. The guide went all they way to accommodate our request even though it wasn't part of the tour.
He drove us to see the penguins at Betty's Bay where we also encountered some marine life.
The drive is long 3 hours one way but it's worth it.
A good time traveling Cape Town to Durban & Garden Route - 7 day Private Safari. Culture experiences, wildlife experiences, nature experiences. Good accommodation. Good tour.
Remmy and Eric were very professional and absolutely delightful! Remmy is knowledgeable about the area and its history and he made sure the ride was comfortable. Eric was a great driver and got us there quickly and safely. Remmy also made sure to get lots of great pictures of me since I was traveling solo! Highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I’m back in Cape Town.
