- Freedom5828461 contributionFantastic communication from start to end. Our flight was delayed which when we contacted them we were put at ease that our driver was monitoring our arrival time.
Driver was stuck in minor delay but they very helpful & informative as to the drivers ETA.

They don't wait for passengers on a delayed flight. Our flight was delayed two hours and the operator told us impassively that our bus had just left and there was nothing more that could be done. It was 01.00 in the morning...I was lucky to transfer with another company's bus, but that one was also at the limit.
