    Peaceful place, with blu sea.
Little km of the town city, you can find this place.
You can put your beach sheet or buy with little money umbrellas and loungers.
Additionally beach you can drink a delicious drink at the beautiful and charming bar just being the beach.
I would raccomed it, worth a visit.

We stumbled upon this beach bar on a bike ride. We were able to get two excellent sub beds (thick mattresses), a parasol and chair for free. You just had to buy a drink. Drinks were so delicious and ice cold. We had some non alcoholic cocktails which were fab!
Staff were all very friendly & attentive.
There was a great vibe with a live DJ playing during the afternoon.

This is a public beach located on the very most north-eastern coast of Kos - right across the street from the Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel and it also bears the name after it on google maps (though they put down the wrong spelling with Aqua Blue instead of Aqua Blu FYI when you are looking it up).

The beach club is available to all guests on the beach, not just the hotel patrons. If you don't feel like spending any $ simply set up anywhere on the beach as it's a public beach available to anyone, as they are anywhere else around Kos island.

Waves here are pretty strong and big as this is the more lively coastline of Kos but we swam here and it was fine, no rip currents at least that day not sure how it is on the others. The sand on the beach is pretty soft but there are little stones/pebbles and when you enter the water, at least east/right of the beach club, there are stones under water for a while before the bottom clears so wear some water shoes for convenience.

The best part of this beach is the sunsets! The way the sun sets behind the islands of Pserimos, Plati and Kalimnos is a beautiful spectacle that we experienced 3 or 4 times during our 7 nights on Kos - romantic, peaceful, tranquil.

TIP: after about 5 or 6pm the hotel employees close down the shop and the sunbeds are available to anyone, which makes the sunsets even more enjoyable as you can actually sit down or lay down on the beds :)

Took a stroll one day from the beach, Xirokambos Beach, at our Hotel, Blue Lagoon Village, up to this beach. It is called
Chryssi Akti Beach, which translates to golden shore.

It is very difficult to determine where one beach ends and another one begins along this coastline.

There are no facilities here, no sunbeds or umbrellas, virtually deserted apart from a few other walkers.

It is a long stretch of predominantly golden sand mixed with some shingle and bits of pumice stone.

Along the beach, mainly close to the sea there are  some interesting flat rock formations forged by some form of sedimentary rock. Some were filled with water to form rock pools, did not see any form of life in them.

To the rear of the beach there are sand dunes which are popular with naturists, it's where they sun bath.

The beach eventually merges in the the next beach along the coast, Magic Beach.
