What travellers are saying
- Tonya K8 contributionsExcellent experience with wonderful guides, and a worthwhile cause. I recommend this highly for families, even then teenagers enjoyed it.Written 4 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ChuckyF1Derby, UK35 contributionsI cannot say enough about this amazing place we were fortunate to spend time on a working holiday here! Everything about the place captures your heart, body and sould. We stayed here as a couple during Sept 2024.
You stay in an amazing, clean chalet in the Volunteer Village where there is a pool (currently being improved), restaurant (serves lunch only) and a bar with a pool table. You take care of yourselves food wise and can join the local shopping tour to get your essentials during your stay, apart from lunch which is provided and is delicious!
Meeting all the animals (too many to mention), learning so much and meeting Riana was one of my dreams to make Cheetah Experience everything it is today. I can't thank you enough. Your love for the animals resonates and inspires others.
From the dedicated, knowledgeable, caring team at the park to all the staff in the Village, you are all awesome and one week was not enough!
Thank you to (to name but a few); Jason, Tanya, Savannah, Miempie, Jenny (it was the wind in my eye!! :-)), Rian, Ibrahim, Wulvie, Gerbie, Pierre and especially Riana - for making this the most special place.
We will be back

We did not see any of the Big 5, but nonetheless we were happy with what we saw. Ingwe Camp is well run, with very friendly, helpful staff.
I personally wouldn’t take children under 8 to Ingwe. The units are in the bush with no flat areas for kids to play. Warthogs are in abundance so I wouldn’t allow kids to venture beyond the unit. There are, however, 2 swimming pools (one heated) and a large play area behind reception.
The loft units have a very steep incline access path so we requested a porter to carry our bags. Also note that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom in the loft. Trips to the toilet at night could be hazardous!
All in all we had a great time. Frans took us on an informative game drive where we saw giraffe, zebra and nyala.Written 28 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great food and beer, interesting people.
Dirt road and animals, so you know...

We booked the vehicle for a game drive as friends. Staff were friendly and provided a lot of interesting information during the ride. Even the 11 year olds listened attentively during the 2 hour ride.
The animals are very well cared for !!!Written 7 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Have your breakfast while enjoying the beautiful scenery of this place.
Feracare is one of the leading wildlife centres with the expertise in rehabilitating cheetahs and other wildlife back into the wild.
During your stay you can experience several activities such as feeding cheetahs, cheetah run and do a wildlife tour in the reserve.

It would be nice to see larger enclosures for the creatures that can not be rehabilitated.Written 2 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Matt SKrugersdorp, South Africa207 contributionsVery nice and warm water. - Connector041723510972 contributionsFor those that wonder, the trip is not very cardio intensive, you'll be ziplining 90% of the time. The staff where friendly - they laughed at my jokes, where talkative, patient and offered us water and a snack half way through. They focused on safety, adding an additional clip to my backpack after seeing I'm off balance.Written 3 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Safari6222996 contributionsA peaceful sanctuary where broken Vervet monkey hearts are lovingly rehabilitated towards a second chance at freedom.
