Take your snorkel with you and make sure you go swimming all the way to the center of the water where you will find corals and all kind of colourful fishes... it’s just the best!!
The trail continues, to the left to baia dos dolfinhos (you can continue looping back to the entrance) and to the right to amazing viewpoints to the two brothers and Sancho beach.

Apart from being stunningly beautiful, it's probably one of the best snorkeling places, as the sea is very calm (protected by the rocks) and with a lot of rocks and reefs, the marine life is exceptionally rich!
My favorite beach in noronha... great view, quiet... and once you get into tge water... sooo many different fishes swimming around you... completly worth the visit!

The rental equipment was excellent and well maintained (though please add open fins and booties!) Boat safety briefings were excellent and the dive guide dive briefings were excellent (in English for me).
I had an amazing time both my diver instructors made me feel comfortable and showed me how to use the equipment, and more importantly how to relax and breathe.

Its our favorite because you can stay all day: has umbrellas and chairs, volleyball net, a beach bar with drinks and shower, relaxed live music.

Hiking was my other pastime - through low forest with some interesting wildlife like the Noronha Eared Dove or the Noronha Skink (I have posted photos of both of them).
I highly recomend the complete trail but a certain fitness level is needed to cope the steep path up and down the rocky hills.

It’s a beautiful bay with clear waters and rich marine life: turtles, fish, starfish, ... There’s a bar with tables, chairs, umbrellas, bathrooms, showers and even a store, so it’s appropriate to go with children.
It is possible to be relaxing at the beach or to rent snorkeling equipment and take a look on the sea wildlife, such as turtles, schools of fishes and even sharks.

This beach is perfect for picture like post card, crystal turquoise water, where you can spot turtle and shark.
A beautiful and secluded beach which I’ve heard is often closed for visitors due to turtles coming out of the ocean to lay their eggs in February.

The Porto de Santo Antonio also has a nice sandy beach, good for swimming, since the harbour's pier blocks the big waves.
One of best place for Diving in Noronha, amazing fishes and the sunk boat makes the experience more exciting.

It basically consists of a 6km walking tour online the beach and cliff too stopping at 3 different natural sea swimming pools where you snorkel and sea lots of marine life.
There are two options to visit the Atalaia natural pool: a short walk to the Atalaia beach that can be made without a guide (but you still need to reserve in advance) and a long one that after Atalaia leads you to...

You must get a ticket for this beach, which makes sense once you see how fragile and relatively small it is.

We had a brilliant walk along the Esmeralda coast line; The postcard view of the two brothers, Porcos beach, Americano beach etc. JP pointed out turtles and all sorts of wildlife to us.
we had the courage to dive in the water of the beaches and spot out all the wildlife during the island tour.

You must go down to this little beach, rocks around the bay,, nice relaxing beach, good for swimming and snorkeling in a natural beach, there is a bistrot on the beach.
Great place for a sunset, to drink a coconut and to visit the Galega hole.
