It's a great place to walk, take your dog swimming (and there is a bark park), or bike.

The island part of the park is quite pretty - there is a club house style building for events, several picnic spots, and a gazebo surrounded by lovely landscaping.

There are free nature classes and displays, 2 playgrounds, a wilderness station, and ball fields, Recommended.
This is hands down our FAVORITE park and trails to visit!

The park is just minutes from downtown Murfreesbro but it makes me feel I have gone to the mountains.
