We decided a lasting memory of our NOLA trip would be a cooking class, and the demo class we took at the New Orleans School of Cooking gave us wonderful memories, insight into NOLA cuisine, and some great recipes!
Chef Michael, was fab! Great history lesson as well as great techniques to create the perfect New Orleans meal!

All good, all relatively easy to make (with Nita guiding us, of course), but the history and information about the food and its interaction with New Orleans made the class more than worthwhile.
We had a great time prepping, cooking, eating, chatting....this private cooking class was so fun and delicious!

If you love New Orleans, learning new things, and enjoy cocktails, then going to a mixology class at Drinklab would be right up your alley!
We started with some jambalaya (which we definitely needed to counteract the alcohol we were about to imbibe) and then started our mixology class.

Her Cajun and Creole cooking class is filled with delicious food and clear, careful instruction, humor and encouragement.
At the end of the cooking class we all sat down to enjoy the delicious meal we made and enjoyed the company of Karen and her husband.

Great time taking glassblowing class with Zack
Ok, Craig, our super instructor does a lot, guiding your hands holding the tools and lots of close supervision, but it was the best class ever!!!!!!
