I love a great beach and this one was good. The beach itself is nice, clean, and contained a few seashells. I enjoyed walking under the pier at low tide on the rocks.

What I didn't like was all of the druggies surrrounding the area. The pot smell was at times unbearable and I thought smoking marijuana was illegal in public places. That was a turn-off for me. I saw several people that were so high they were stumbling around.

We were here on Saturday. Good luck finding a parking spot. We spent alot of time watching the birds and the surfers. There is a small restaurant/gift shop at the end of the pier. There are also restrooms. There are jewelry and food vendors along the beach. Great time.

We were staying in Ocean Beach on vacation, and as we were going back to our condo saw that there was a farmers market. We decided to walk over and take a stroll by the vendors. Lots of eclectic items, but we had fun buying some jewelry and other items. They had lots of food stands too, that seemed to be very popular, but we didn't get a chance to sample them.

We stopped at the Imperial Beach location to sample some of their beers. They have filghts so you can sample many of their beers. All of the beer that we sampled were excellent. They also have a taco stand which you order from and it is brought to your table. Seating is on picnic tables in a fenced in patio. This is a child and dog friendly enviorment. Parking is on the street or in one of the many parking lost. This is one of the better craft breweries I have visited.

This top notch taproom in Ocean Beach is well worth the visit. You can find variations of Belching Beaver favorites like a Mexican rendition of their famous PB Stout. Also, they have a quartet of quality sours to choose from.

The room is spacious and the vibe is quintessential San Diego, A very relaxing place to grab a pint or two.

Stopped in when down at the ocean and was surprised. The wine is actually made there and tasted good. Tasting price was wavied upon a purchase so another good deal. Wine clerk knew her stuff and was very friendly. A nice shop with a great wine barrel slat wall. Go and try it as they had some wines I have not tried before. Parking can be close or far away because it San Diego. Open at 2PM-9PM.

If you have a dog, this is the place to be. Very casual. Great location between two jetties with plenty of room to run. Our dogs loved it and we met friendly dog owners, both local and tourists. This is also a great place to watch the sunset!

If you leash your dog and cross over Sunset Cliffs, you'll find a long biking path behind Robb Field (sports) that extends along the San Diego River. Another entry point with extensive parking for the athletic fieldw is to go West on West Pt. Loma and then make the first right onto Bacon St. You'll be sharing this river front space with bikers, walkers, a few tents, and some birders. Currently, ther are spring blossoms in this area as well as some migratory shore birds. For an expansive view with or without a leashed dog, go to the area behind the OB Athletic Area/Robb Field -- and enjoy

Lots of Antique stores in this area to see, with lots of variety. Really enjoyed shopping around - stayed between 1-2 hours, and had a great time. A great little section of town with plenty of parking available and also many places for food nearby. Close to the ocean as well. Really a good time if you enjoy looking for specialty antiques

Typical antique mall with small, independent stalls. Most items are fairly priced. Booths are well maintained

I love this store! Do so wish it was not so far away on the West Coast when I live in the East. It does not fail to disappoint with gorgeous displays and eye candy throughout! It is a co-op with little sections filled with handmade, vintage, antiques. Whimsical and well done displays, I always find a goodie to take home! Be sure to visit when you are in Ocean Beach if you love unique shops!

Enjoyed our wonderful tour guide who grew up in Tijuana. Delina speaks better English than I do. The tour itself had one detour since we did this on Christmas Eve when one of the places was closed. Not a prob, Bob! We had a backup plan and had great food at that place to boot. I recommend that you go with this company, Brewery Tours. Pick up the tour by The Local near The Grant Hotel. That way you can have a beer at The Local after the tour. We stayed in Little Italy, a fun walk (or mass transit train) to the pick up point.

It’s always better to let someone else do the driving while you are sightseeing. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. We stopped at several places and had a great time.
