    Review of: Mission Valley Family YMCA
    Nice play to get healthy
    I have been taking Collete's Hatha Yoga classes at the YMCA for 20+ years. She is one of the best. It is a gentle breathing yoga class & with her variations of poses that can be beginner to advanced all in the same room.

    Review of: Pilates Room
    Awesome Pilates Studio
    I am new to Pilates room studios and I aboslutely love it! Both the downtown and mission valley locations are great! There are a variety of classes to choose from and there are plenty of class times as well! So far all the instructors have been very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend signing up!

    Review of: Studio Flo Pilates
    Great Pilates Studio with intimate classes!
    With small class sizes and extremely knowledgeable and educated teachers, Studio Flo is a phenomenal place. The studio is not only focused on a work out, but also works to teach all of the students about their bodies and the Pilates method. Having only 8 people in a class makes it easy for the teachers to engage each person, so you really feel like you are getting 1 on 1 attention.

    Review of: Stretch U
    Recommend more than anything else!
    I went to new San Marcos location. I have a chronic severe back pain. I tried massage, acupuncture, chiropractic....I wanted to experience the "stretch" for quite a while and today I finally had a chance to try on introductory session. I felt something (good) I had not felt from other treatment. This Stretching really really works!!! I will definitely go back. Thank you for a very kind gentleman who had taken me in without an appointment. You saved me!!!!

    Review of: Pure Indoor Cylcing
    Great ride!
    I'm an avid, daily SoulCycle rider in NYC, so while staying in SD for a few days I tried out Pure. It was definitely a good substitute for my daily routine back home. The signup online was easy enough, the studio is nice & clean, reception/help desk was friendly & showed me the facility, the bikes were exactly the new SC bikes we use in NYC studios, and Zach the instructor gave a great workout & hot to look at. Only negative is there is only 1 bathroom/shower for men & although there were only about 1 or 2 other guys riding midday when I went, it was unisex so had to wait from both men & women. Luckily my hotel was close by so I'd just shower there, but if this was my daily routine, it would be a long wait to use if I had to go back to work. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was definitely a great experience.
