Waipio Valley Lookout
#1 of 4 Sights & Landmarks in Honokaa
Waipio Valley is the sacred valley of the kings, a pristine valley at the northern art of the Big Island, Anyone can see that this view is awesome and the senses reel at its beauty.
There you will be richly rewarded with views of twin, extremely high waterfalls (800 feet + I recall), the valley floor and taro fields and even better views of the coast, cliffs and more seaside waterfall.

Waipi'o Valley Island of Hawaii, HI 13.1 km away
#9 of 128 Sights & Landmarks in Island of Hawaii

We viewed the valley from the Waipio Valley Overlook at the end of the Hamakua Heritage Corridor drive, there is ample parking and it takes 10-15mins to wander down and view this amazing sight.
