I go here annually for bird watching and always find plenty of room to park and find a quiet spot to bird watch from.
Car park was a good price and there are toilets, cafe and shop, great views, highly recommend visiting here.

The Portland museum at the entrance to the park was very interesting, with a wide assortment of artifacts: fossils, 19th century life, nazi bombs and more!
There is a free car park opposite brown signed 72 hours only !! The descent is gentle under Rufus Castle down to a seating area to get great views and listen to the sea.
