From the moment the gates open the park is full of visitors enjoying the miles of walking paths, convenient facilities, and an amazing view of the river.

During December the city has a Christmas display of playful light decorations and in the spring the emergence of leaves and greenery brings a refreshing newness to the park.
Went here to have lunch and found the park to be very clean and there is a nice little museum that tells a little of the history of the river and Clarksville( that was a nice surprise).
