This is a well-maintained, huge property (4,000+ acres), and the 6.5-mile driving loop has a lot of information and beautiful little scenic places to stop and enjoy nature.
A volunteer provides a map and explains various stops to park and walk around and enjoy the beauty.

This SC state park has excellent camping facilities providing a base to explore the ACE Basin, a naturalist paradise of 350,000 acres.
