    From Heathrow to Southampton, very reasonable and very good service! Our driver was very friendly and helpful, a very good way to transfer.

    Excellent value for money for 2 - 3 day trips
    Excellent value for money if on a tight schedule, like 2 to 3 days.

    It pays for itself with 5 or more visits, and importantly, grants priority access to some locations even if tickets are sold out for a given day, e.g. to Westminster Abbey.

    That the pass also comes with the ability to request a refund if the attractions visited cost less than the pass, makes it a no brainer for someone on a touristy visit.

    Easy and efficient way to get to and from Heathrow.
    Transport arrived on time, and drivers were courteous. The first transport was by van and second was by car. We were the only ones being transported at the time.

    I booked this transfer through AAA . I needed a ride from Heathrow to East London. No problems whatsoever. He was prompt and very courteous. My driver was very nice and we had a wonderful conversation on the way.

    it was very good. they took my call urgently and i had sufficient support. the vehicle was clean and tidy, and the driver was very friendly guy. he picked up on time.

    Great service
    The pickup and drop off service was amazing. Both drivers ( who were brothers) helped with luggage and kept an eye on our arrival. I would book them again for my next travel to London

    Great experience except tracking driver
    I found the company while searching that I needed a company with carseat availability for my 3 year old. I was a little hesitant due to some bad reviews leaving me worried we wouldn’t get picked up and they wouldn’t give my son the appropriate seat. But they were the only company that would still take us for our date needed and responded quickly to my email. Their website says one of the reasons to book with them is “FREE baby/child seat.” Well in reality it only means they are free IF they have one. They told me that when I inquired via email but they do not tell you if you just do an online booking and request it.

    We did a Heathrow airport pickup to Dover transfer. And then a central London hotel to Heathrow 2 weeks later. First trip driver was about 10 minutes late but was apologetic and had an appropriate seat for my 3 year old. He said it was a very busy morning and he had to drive back to the office to get it. I was very thankful since it was a long highway drive. 10 minutes in trade for the seat was worth it to me. He was polite and professional and we had no issues. The website would not track his location though while we were waiting for him so i had no idea if he was late or we were missing him. It did tell me all his info and show me a photo so that was good. Tracking could have been better. On the second trip when I tried to track the driver it showed he was off the coast of Ghana in the ocean, lol. So again, 0 points for tracking ability, but it still had all his info and a photo. I went down about 8 minutes early and he was there with the back open and standing to greet me. No issues all all with the drive. He was polite and professional. This time however only a backless booster was provided for my son. They fall back on the fact they are exempt car seat laws, but then they shouldn’t advertise they will provide you with a seat. It’s such a simple thing to give the customer peace of mind. Car seat safety is extremely important to me, not because it’s the law but because it’s the safest way for my son to travel.

    Eye opening practical experience
    Very informative hands on experience. We learnt a lot, not only about making pasta, but about buying pasta in the supermarket. Very eye opening. Also the sauce that we made for the pasta was completely different from anything we’d ever tasted before.

    Wonderful experiences with a great guide -- treat yourselves!
    I was introduced to David some years ago through friends who had enjoyed one of the tours he offered. Over the years I have done virtually all the tours on the list and honestly, one is better than the next. David is charming, kind and knowledgable and his vehicles are super comfortable and immaculate. It's a great way to explore the many wonderful things with him that are not in the City. For the past couple of years a group of us passed through London and needed transport from Heathrow to Southampton and David also arranged for some of his team to do this for us most reasonably. I cannot recommend these tours highly enough - treat yourselves!

    Awesome Eight Day Tour of England
    I having been leading group trips to sacred sites since 1993.
    We have studied Ethnobotany, Cultural Ecology and worked with the Mysteries of the Ancient Ancestors globally.

    Tors tours was fantastic and one of my all time favorite Journeys. It was full of Lore and History. I not only loved our travels along the lay lines, but the added Spiritual insights and Magical experiences that were interwoven. The places we stayed and our meals were simple, cozy, non-commercial and comforting. This tour was “The Best”!
    Thank you Tor and Michael for a delightful introduction to magical England.

    Was not sure at first but glad I did,Stephen was awesome very knowledgeable and personal able made you feel as if you were riding around with a friend would highly recommend

    Friendly, professional service
    This is a great reliable company. They stay in contact and drivers are nice and on time and help with luggage etc. They were flexible on taking alternative route to avoid traffic too
