Tour guide / driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also took time to take everyone’s pictures at each stop. - limekeyKey West, FL3 contributionsWe have been on many wine tours and this was by far the best. Wayne was so knowledgeable about wine in general as well as the local area. The three vineyards we visited all gave excellent presentations of their wines and the selections were enjoyable. There were only 4 of us total on the tour so it was very intimate and we never felt rushed. The pace was ours to set. Wayne also brought along a lovely well thought out box lunch. She was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, and quick to offer great recommendations for the best spots during the tour and for exploring the city afterward.
The tour was fantastic, filled with stunning natural beauty, many impressive tall waterfalls. Even though not all the trees had turned autumn colors yet, the views were breathtaking. Every stops offers amazing angles and natural lighting, ideal for photo enthusiasts.
I would definitely recommend this tour with Wildwood Adventures. - Tracy B2 contributionsEdwin was a fantastic tour guide. He is hilarious and very knowledgeable. I love how small the groups are for the hikes. I hiked with the loveliest couple. The hike is stunning, you see so many beautiful waterfalls along the trail. We did 5 miles but if you let the guide know you want something shorter he can give you the best route. But the 5 miles is very doable and worth it. He gave the best route to see most of the waterfalls. Ed helped take pictures, gave fun facts about the trail and surrounding city, and made the journey nice and comfortable. - Kitty C1 contributionThis tour is a must do. Alex was an amazing host and guide. We learned about the topography and history of the Gorge. It was a relaxing day with good eats and wine tasting. The hiking was perfect to see the waterfalls. Highly recommend all of our stops - Vista House, Doppio, South Hill Winery and Hood Creek Winery.
