Fun outdoor shopping neighborhood. Stopped in at a few cool clothing stores. The store I enjoyed the most was Kitchen Kaboodle - best described as Sur la Table on steroids. So much fun! Also - free parking under the store!

We also enjoyed the bagel shop.

Perfect for bikes or foot. There is bridge noise from cars etc. but you are in the very heart of the city just a few feet above the water.

My husband and I finally took time in our calendar to go on a "pedestrian only" night to see the famous Peacock Lane lights. They were pretty but nothing special stood out that we don't already see driving/walking through several other neighborhoods. I realize this is a tradition and a "must do" to live on Peacock Lane. Now I've seen it and I don't need to return.

Some lovely historical buildings however the old town is blighted by homeless people sleeping in tents on the pavement. Having spoken to some local residents they can’t believe the government doesn’t do anything about it. Would not stay here or visit at night
