Its a short walk from the gravel car park (where there is a basic toilet and shelter) up to the orange sand hills.

The park celebrates the history of the town and rivers, including the huge legacy to the Massey Ferguson Tractors, which saved the town from inundation during the 1956 floods.
The grassy park is beautifully maintained with picnic tables, nice flower gardens and really nice views over the junction of the Murray River and the Darling.
