WEe no longer have our dog but still love to come here for an hour or so to walk round the hill and look over the splendid views of Daventy. There are a couple of seats now to help you unwind. Well worth a visit

Although the venue is still very much work in progress it’s a decent place to stop for a while. A short walk along the canal followed by browsing in the available shops. The antiques shop is interesting and a very good book shop. There is a pleasant cafe in the book store for tea and cakes. The brewery offers street food and beer.

In all quit interesting and worth a visit if in the area

Interesting looking church Aside from the inoffensive 1951 porch, it is as David Hiorne designed it, clearly a fangirl of James Gibbs of St Martins-In-The-Field fame. It is built of brown ironstone.
I can't rate it higher as it wasn't open.

Great, friendly pub and in a fascinating position by the banks of the Grand Union canal close to its junction with the Oxford Canal. Enjoy a drink and a meal whilst watching the narrowboats chug by! Walk it all off afterwards with a stroll along the towpath!

A lovely church in the village of Haselbech, in Northamptonshire. Well worth a visit if you in the area.
