After learning that the kids in Príncipe Island have almost no physical activity offered by the schools , I have come to learn about this amazing project.
I have got the opportunity to join one off the classes , that was dedicated to women ( for international woman’s day) and how can they learn a couple of technics to defend them selfs from attacks.
The way that the class was delivered, the environment that André was able to create was just amazing!
Being able to see in person how a sport can influence the kids in the island in such a good and safe way , it’s very inspiring. Even more inspiring than that, it’s knowing from Andre how much effort and thought he putted on this project to bring this sport onto every kids life’s, in a way that keeps them focus and hopeful for a better future!
If you are thinking about visiting the island , and want to know more about this projects, I highly recommend visiting this place.
