We ABSOLUTELY loved the experience at Bush Spa! The attention to details, warm welcome, excellent massage, beautiful beautiful space, and the best part - having a bath near a hippo taking a bath, that's next level! Very nourishing.

An interesting range of original goods representing the skills of the area from cushions to cards. Bought some stunning cards with photos of the amazing wildlife in South Luangwa National Park

I absolutely love this company. Their ethos and dedication to refashioning something used for such pain into jewellery and their support of anti poaching is to be greatly admired.
I bought a cuff and a pair of earrings for myself in a shop in QLD and ordered earrings and a bracelet for a friend (and another cuff for myself!) online. Both experiences were great but I especially appreciated Kate reaching out to clarify the engraving I wanted. My friend is a passionate animal advocate and the engraving made it very personal.
She loved the jewellery and immediately asked for the website to buy some more. I love the packaging and a beautiful hand written note from Edinas was the icing on the cake.
    What a great enterprise!! Thankyou

With only a little more than a week to see some of the outstanding Birdlife in Zambia, it was important to me, that I had a good rental car.
The Mitsubishi Pajero that I rented through Bushride Travels was a perfect choice for me, and it took me all the places I wanted.
When I had a problem with the battery one evening, Kay responded quickly, and I was able to fix the loose fitting on my own, with his guidance...things can get a little loose, when bumping around on Zambia's roads for days..😉
I would have no problems with using Bushride Travels again for another visit, and can only recommend the company to anyone else, contemplating doing so.
Please notice, that the deposit is expected to be in cash..!!

I had a great time at Mikango Safari! I was able to see a lot of different animals even though I was only there for two days (I highly recommend staying for more than two). Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable about everything - animals, birds, and plants.

The food and lodging were excellent as well. The staff was kind enough to get up ridiculously early in the middle of the thunderstorm to make sure I got to the bus station in time for my 3:30am departure.

    Highly recommend!

Marula is well priced, but the game drives are poorly organized here. They have only one vehicle for the entire lodge with 12 rooms. They don't tell you that you must request a vehicle in advance for your group, otherwise you might not be able to go on any game drives! Their one car could be booked by another group, so your only choice might be to join that group (only possible if they have space) or do nothing. I couldn't believe this when they told me. After all, what's the point of running a safari lodge if you can't even arrange game drives for all guests?

The lodge has potential, but should really be better organized so guests can actually have the game drives they came to South Luangwa for. I met other guests who were unable to do a game drive because their one vehicle was already in use, so I wasn't the only one that was caught off guard by this.
