We had an amazing time during our trip. Our guide was an amazing, kind man. He shows you the best parts of the Okavango Delta, has a great eye for spotting animals and has so much knowledge to share about the area. We would definitely recommend!

I received excellent service. It was way beyond anything that I would have expected. I did go during the less touristy month of November, nevertheless I received great personal care and service. I went for game drive to the Moremi park and I also did the canoe/Mokoro activity. The manager, Lesego, is great. I can not say enough good things about her. I hope you enjoy your visit to Maun and Okavango Delta.

Five-Star Review for Safari Addicts’ Okavango Delta Experience

Our one-day Okavango Delta tour with Safari Addicts was a memorable adventure, filled with local insights, close encounters with wildlife, and fantastic hospitality. Although they were a bit late for the pickup, Master and Phil, our guides, owned the delay, apologized sincerely, and even gifted us bracelets as a thoughtful gesture.

The safari vehicle was exceptionally comfortable, outfitted with cold water, blankets, and plenty of padding—perfect for a day out in the Delta. Master and Phil, who are brothers, brought a unique perspective as they both grew up in a village near the entrance of the Moremi Game Reserve. One of the highlights was getting to visit this village, where they shared stories about traditional life, showed us how locals get a cell signal, and even let us experience brushing our teeth with a “toothbrush tree.” It was these personal touches that truly set the experience apart.

Our day was packed with a variety of activities that included a game drive where we saw elephants, giraffes, antelope, hippos, and crocodiles. The guides’ knowledge and sharp eyesight made spotting wildlife an exciting part of the journey. The traditional canoe ride, with a “poller” guiding us through the water, was a standout experience, especially as we got to explore the unique flora along the way.

Lunch was pleasant and filling, set up under a shaded spot with animals in the background. While we might have preferred a bit more protein, the chicken, potatoes, and especially the spicy peri-peri sauce were satisfying.

While the 12-hour day was a bit lengthy for us, it was exactly as promised, and they continued to impress with their commitment to making the day worthwhile. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, authentic, and immersive way to experience the Delta, Safari Addicts is a great choice. This tour strikes a fine balance between the thrill of wildlife, cultural immersion, and the relaxed pace of a day with local guides. Highly recommended!

Amazing day, giraffes and elephants on the track in. Within 30minutes of reaching the park we were 2.5 metres away from a leopard keeping an eye on the antelope. Drove for another 20 minutes to see a massive herd of Zebra drove around the corner to a pride of 4 lions looking well feed relaxing under a tree once again amazingly close. Then went in search of the painted wild dog low and behold we found a pack of this endangered species once again with a very good viewing point of them relaxing in the shade. All in one day is pretty amazing.

Mosu Safaris is undoubtedly one of the best safari organisations I have ever encountered. Their approach immediately assures one he/ she's in good hands. The entire staff that accompanied us on this trip went above & beyond to show us the mesmerising beauty of Botswana. After travelling for many months through Africa, including numerous safaris... This experience is my number 1.

The chef, Election (that's his real name) was trained in culinary arts, worked in hotels prior to joining Walking Stick. That tells you what the food was like. 5 stars.

Richmond the porter was on it. He swept my tent every time I went on a game drive. He was always keeping the campsite tidy.

The guide was such a great guy. He was eager to show me all the animals. He made modifications based on what I wanted. I'm sorry I didn't write his name down.

    Essy, from beginning to end!

If you are seeking to be close to the animals, observe them from your camp chair, watch them roam through the campsite at night and early morning, then this is the safari for you. On this unforgettable 11 day journey we navigated the tranquil waters of the Okavango Delta, up early for daily safaris with our knowledgable guide O.T who prioritises your safety while enriching your adventure all the time incorporating everything the magical savannah delivers. The thrill of spotting native wildlife; lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffe, impala, elephants, painted dogs, hyenas and many more all in the comfort of your vehicle, boat or mokoro. Our meals and sleep were interrupted by the call of the wild, so don't miss this opportunity to create lasting memories as you soak up and sweat the harsh beauty of Botswana, Lastly, a special thanks to our "safari Squad" OT, (guide), Ollie (cook), Election (driver & camp hand) and Freddie (apprentice camp hand). Everyday you rose with a smile, great food and company as we journeyed through Moremi, Kwai, Delta, and Chobe National Park. This was a safari of a lifetime. Highly recommend Walking Stick tours to anyone who is adventurous and truly awaits to capture the African calling. Do not hesitate and book now.

An amazing experience with a great guide. I was unsure what operator to use in Maun- and I am glad I went with this one. A really unique experience the entire time.

For the background: Our trip was a '21 Nights Tailor Made Trip', just for the two of us, leading us to Ntwetwe Pan, Nxai Pan, Tsodilo, Moremi, Kwai, Savuti, Chobe starting in Maun and ending in Kasane. We booked the trip with Lucas from home via the internet.

Once we finished our joint planning, Lucas wrote in an email 'this journey will change your life' - and it did! Lucas guided us as guests into the realm of the wild animals of Botswana so that we felt close and welcome. With his extensive experience and profound knowledge of the entire fauna and flora he both taught and entertained us, but most memorable of all he led us to many overwhelming encounters with fascinating animals both big and small, including all the iconic safari mammals, but also rare species like wild dogs, many birds, and more. These encounters felt new, surprising, and somehow even more exciting every day.

Our game drives usually started from and ended at our tent camps, where Lucas and his team, Mosa (the chef), Monametsi and Gisto, pampered us in every conceivable way and in a warm-hearted, almost family-like atmosphere. Delicious food and drinks, perfect camping facilities for the bush, very professional organization, and not to forget the smiles and laughter complemented our phantastic game drive experiences.

Total scam. Poor communication from the beginning. Guide insisted on a briefing. Did not show. Day of tour. Did not show. No call, no email, NOTHING. Get ready for a fight. I want my money back. You ruined an entire day of what should have been a dream vacation. If a lion, cheetah or leopard didn't eat you then you are just a low level scam artist.

A magical place to visit to see the African Wildlife up close and observe these beautiful animals in the wild. So many animals to see, Majestic Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Leopards, Wildebeest, Wild Dogs, Hippopotamus and so many birds. Our Guide Clifford was so aware of where all the animals were, and had been, that we were able to see so many every day. We were so well looked after by the camp staff, and the food was great. It was amazing to hear some of the animals at night from our tents, and we felt completely safe at all times. We would highly recommend Kalahari Breeze Safaris.

It was a Trip of a Lifetime, we loved every minute of it !!!

The experience was amazing. The staff who took care of us were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our trip the most memorable. The guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. We recommend Kalahari Breeze Safaris to anyone who wants to experience an authentic African Safari.

What an amazing experience we had with Kalahari Breeze!
This was our first time in Botswana where we did the 8 day wild camping in Okavango and Moremi followed by two days to the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. In the months leading up to the trip, we were in frequent communication with the lovely Maria and Chris who listened to our interest and guided us to our perfect tour.

The first 3 days were spent in the inner Okavango Delta where transport to the campsite was by Mokoro. Gliding through the long grass whilst spotting hippos in the distance really set the standard high! Our campsite was untouched tranquility with only the animals for company, so much so we even had a family of elephants visit us one afternoon which was a real highlight. The walking tours within Okavango were a great experience having previous only done game drives in previous trips. The food was excellent throughout all cooked on an open fire!

The game/scenery in Moremi was a great contrast to the Okavango. Once again our guide was incredibly knowledgable and the camp staff raced to ensure our camp was ready for arrival.

Sleeping under the stars in the Salt pans was definitely worth the trip and added to our experience in seeing the different aspects to Botswana.

With June being the coldest month (temps dropping to 2 degrees at night) Maria and Chris really thought about all the finishing touches including hot water bottles at night!

With Botswana being one of the few places where you can in fact “wild-camp”, this trip truly felt like an authentic experience. We would love to come back again.

We spent a total of 5 nights/6 days doing an overland tour from Maun to Kasane and spent 3 nights in Moremi and 2 nights in Savute/Chobe. Our guide, Clifford, was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify all animals and birds easily, able to navigate the difficult roads, and able to do these while also looking for animal tracks and giving us a very informational tour. You can tell his knowledge and passion for the areas which was infectious. We saw tons of animals - lions on every single game drive, leopards, buffalo, and tons and tons of elephants, hippos, zebras, impala etc. Overall, we had a lot more time on game drives than I have experienced when staying in lodges and because of this had more time to see animals and to sit and observe them (like watching elephants do mud +dust baths!). The "camp team" was also excellent, the food was fantastic (thanks OG!) and I definitely did not expect hot showers in the bush so that was a wonderful surprise. Great staff and a great group we were paired with, felt like family by the end of the week!
