Gorgeous views, trails are fairly easy to follow. Spotted lots of wildlife (eland, dassies, springbok, black spitting cobra, plenty of birds). The Bushman rock art is very special. All in all, a fantastic experience.

On exploring the area, we drove over the Pakhuis Pass and found it well signed, clean, safe and boasting excellent views.

Very special during August and September when most flowers are in full bloom. Take your time and discover the smaller flowers you normally miss along the routes. Lovely view of the dam and surroundings.

Have visited on a few occasions and every time the experience gives you goosebumps. The athmosphere and scenery cannot be described rightful, you have to experience it yourself.

The owners, Erik and Melinda, have created this heartfelt warmness and their hospitality is difficult to equal or better. The quality of shows and food is out of this world. A place not to be missed!

This amazing cave is well worth a visit, but preferably in a stronger vehicle, or, after rains, in a 4x4 for a muddy' ride & slide.' The cave is well signed by travellers passing through in days of yore. Take a picnic to make the trip well worthwhile - no shops nearby. But do walk around and see the really quaint and somewhat strange, if not unique, grass houses in the vacinity - so take camera, a hat, and good walking shoes. And that picnic!

Beforee going to Clanwilliam, I phoned, left FB messages, sent emails, I have been there and back, still no reply. The office was closed on the Saturday, but shows that it is supposed to be open. When phoning, no one answers.
