We were collected promptly by Terence who created a day that was the highlight of our trip to Cape Town. From the outset he listened carefully to what we were hoping to get from the day, and made sure that we did all of those things whilst adding so much more, drawing on his vast experience and huge knowledge of the region. Tiny details of the day were perfected by his advice, such as where the best places to get great shots of wildlife were, how to restructure the day to get the best out of every element, and even how to avoid waiting for lunch by pre-ordering before going down to see the penguins, so that it was ready when we returned. Not one moment of the day was wasted, and every aspect was enhanced. We so appreciated his thoughtfulness, consideration, humour and wisdom. He is a total credit to the company, and if we find ourselves in Cape Town again, we'll ask for him to be our guide like a shot.
