Saved us a lot of money! The only confusion was with the Big Bus Tour - the bus pass can only be redeemed for one day, even if you buy a multiday pass, so plan accordingly!

After reviewing The Philadelphia (Go City) Pass, The Philadelphia Sightseeing Pass and Philadelphia CityPASS, I chose the multi day all-inclusive Philadephia Pass for the best selection of attractions. After applying their sale and 5% signup discounts, the price difference was inconsequential. I read all the fine print to understand and abide by their restrictions (consecutive calendar days activated upon the first entry) and it worked as expected, with one significant problem. Several of the attractions are tours that require reservations, so after purchasing the passes, I called Go City to ensure that reserving tours prior to the trip would not prematurely activate them. The agent assured me that the tour companies understood their system and would not process the passes prior to the tour. I proceeded to book several tours, provided each the pass numbers and again requested they not process the pass until the tour, which they acknowledged. So by now you know where this is going, as when we attempted to enter the Liberty Museum on our last tour day we were told our passes was expired, then spent a half hour on hold waiting to speak to a Go City agent who eventually saw that the Ghost Tours of Philadelphia processed our passes after the phone reservation (shame on them!) and activated them a day early. We ended up wasting an hour trying to enter the museum, waiting nearly a half hour on hold for the Go City agent, the time it took for her to identify the problem, sending us replacement one day passes and loading into their app, which was a significant part of the 10am – 5pm window when attractions are open. While the problem was solely the fault of Ghost Tours which the Go City agent resolved and the Philadelphia Pass worked fine otherwise, I still dinged them a point for the time we spent on hold and getting it resolved.

Savannah Sunset at Six Flags Wild Safari held great promise but ultimately left us disappointed. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the “glamping” tents are comfortable and well appointed. While appreciated, these were to be expected given the high cost of staying at the resort. What was not expected was checking into our room and finding leftover food from a previous guest in the cabinet. It was also surprising how long food orders took to be processed given the small number of guests on site (1 hour for bacon and eggs with toast). Perhaps most disappointing was the fact that safari park access was much more restricted than one might have expected given the price of stay. They offer a brief giraffe feeding first thing in the morning and a single resort only park tour by truck that lasts about an hour. If you want to see more of the animals, you either must pay $90+/head for a VIP visit or use your park pass to join the regular line at the entrance Wild Safari entrance (this reached 4.5 hours wait time by early afternoon while we were there).

Visited the Mutter Museum, which indicated this pass is not accepted.

    Visited the Penitentiary without issue.
