- FLGIRLThe Villages, FL425 contributionsMore restaurants than anything else with a few shops mostly STL Cardinals gear, DUH bc you are right there by the Busch Stadium. Cool place to walk around, grab a beer, drink, and/or a bite to eat. We went to the Budweiser Brew house. Food was so good. See review separately. Couple of places for fun pics. 360 rooftop bar in the Hilton allows you to see inside the stadium. Worth the small walk from the Gateway Arch park.Written 11 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Sheri DOklahoma City, OK13 contributionsMy husband and I were traveling in St. Louis and discovered this gem right next to our Airbnb.
Lucky for us, we were in town on a Saturday night and they had just reopened.
I love the idea of a speakeasy, and this place didn’t disappoint.
The bartenders really know how to make amazing old fashions and sazeracs. My husband and I throughout enjoyed the drink service and the ambiance.Written 23 June 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Lovewinds156 contributionsWe went during covid time so we were not able to fully experience what this place could be like. The staff was very friendly, drinks and food was good. Was not happy about a $10 cover charge.. but its ok.. could be a jumping spot but we went at the wrong time.Written 20 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- maxgsp2015Saint Louis, MO46 contributionsIt was a great way to celebrate a 21st birthday. Everyone in the group raved about how much fun they had! Driver “Kenny” was awesome!
We’ll be looking for other opportunities to use your services! Thanks!Written 27 June 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - 042143Glen Carbon, IL434 contributionsMy wife and I stopped on hot Sunday afternoon and sat outside in their shaded area. Fans running so not so bad.
This is s must go to place for New Orleans style foods.
We gad very good service from Kennedy. I also want to say that the guys that deliver the orders are moving non stop and take their job seriously. Talk about working hard.
We started with catfish fritters and oysters NOLA. Catfish had nice lite breeding and was very tasty. The oysters NOLA are backed and filled with spinach, shrimp but overwhelmed with a cheese sauce. The sauce is hood but it overpowers the other flavors. We did see lots of ordering raw ones!
My wife just had a Caesar salad and she thought was good. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were much different than any I had before. The grits had been formed into a wedge, breaded and fried. There was a thick but tasty cheese sauce poured over the shrimp and grits. Usually grits have cheese incorporated into them and thick. Not sure I would order again because I prefer normal grits.
This is an eclectic place. A band was getting set up as we were leaving at 2 pm. If in area go here.Written 29 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Cat S1 contributionI went with a group of friends for an afternoon ride through the Soulard neighborhood. I have to say that it was one the best times that I had in quite a while! Soulard is a wonderful historic Saint Louis neighborhood and our driver had a lot of knowledge about the area. Fun to do whether you are visiting from out of town or if you are from Saint Louis. It was an afternoon with my friends that I will always remember!Written 29 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Winesnob96Chesterfield, MO244 contributionsMidtown area west of downtown StL south of Forest Park is referred to as Dogtown by the locals. Quaint older neighborhood of small houses and great corner pubs and restaurants. In the mood for a good pizza, we walked into Felix’s just off of Tamm Ave. Type of place where everyone knows everyone and very popular with the sports fan. They have great and inviting specials to include “a slice and a pint”. Great way to try various pizza selections. Plenty of televisions. Street parking. Appears to be home of the Chicago Bears’ StL fan club on Sunday afternoons. We tried the trashed wings and their Franz Park pizza. The wings were tasty but average. Deep fried and topped with Frank’s hot sauce. Ranch dipping sauce was watery. The pizza was exceptional. Hand made crust - not thick but not cracker thin. This red-sauced pizza was topped with ricotta cheese, tomatoes, basil and a balsamic drizzle. Looking forward to trying their other pizza creation.Written 30 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- beachykeen17Missouri179 contributionsWe chose this stop based on proximity to Union Station. So glad we did! Really friendly service and great dishes. I enjoyed the O'Hen-nessey, a lemon butter friend chicken dish.
Definitely stopping here again if we're in the neighborhood.Written 4 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - B GO'Fallon, MO269 contributionsRecently stopped in to hear a concert with several local bands. Was very impressed with the servers, the food and drink prices. At first when I saw their small menu I wasn't going to get anything but I was starving.... so I opted for the italian flatbread. It ROCKED! There could have been a little more of it but it was VERY good.
Another point is the sound man, not sure if he was the house son man or not but the sound all night was not too over bearing or loud. It was in your face and you could feel the low end but when I left my ears were not ringing.
Overall a very good evening in a new venue( for me) I will be back!

- sharrongegHenderson, NV2 615 contributionsThis was our first trip to Saint Louis and had a few must do’s on our “to do” list. The Arch, of course and a flight of beer at 2nd Shift. My hubby is very active on craft brew twitter - and we had heard so many wonderful things about this small, craft beer brewery. We were not disappointed!
My favorite was the Kölsch while my hubby was thrilled with “Bless this Mess” (Imperial stout).
The people at 2nd Shift were so genuine and friendly, we felt both welcomed and appreciated. Great people, great place, great beer!Written 17 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Stephanie H1 contributionThis venue is the perfect size! You are close to the stage without being smushed. The slope of the room makes visibility great everywhere. The bar is well-staffed with quick service, so you can get back to the show. We will absolutely visit again.Written 5 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- 1nolney12 contributionsWe ordered flights and drinks from our table and they came out super fast. They tasted great and had very bold flavors.
