Weather you just want to go for a walk, jog, run or bike ride, it is a very nice nature trail with crushed stone, bridges, tunnels, and some macadam(pavement).
:) If you park at the lot just off Main Street Bel Air (turn by the car wash), you can stop at Yoga Fresh at 308 N Main St. when you finish your walk.

There is also a big recycled tire park here as well as some small hiking trails so even in the off season, you can have a nice visit.
We have hiked many of the trails in Gunpowder Falls State Park as we live quite close.

Rocks State Park is a really cool place, my best friend and I hiked out to the waterfall which was a quick hike from the parking area.
