Jax Beach is a great place for finding shells but you'll want to head south to Mickler's Landing or north to Fort Clinch State Park if you are on the hunt for sharks teeth.

Shell jewelry and nic nacs were their choices!! "Beachside" shop is jam-packed with items and has a large parking lot, close to portable potty's too!! Good to know!! Quick walk to the beach - so great place to park!!
I also like Amelia Island and when I want to get away from everyone and everything I love Guana National Park (which is to the south of Jax as your headed to St. Augustine).
