Perfect location for a peaceful walk on the beach if you go early and immerse yourself in nature.
You will be thankful you heard it from me... :) Make sure you drive all the way to the end, park in the parking lot at the end, where you will reach the best spot of the beach.

This beach is a pure nature and has great sight seeing of the ocean and some amazing rocks.
Well...after the "average" and possibly costly visit to Paradise Cove Pier & beach (not for me), I explored beaches NORTH of it and found THIS BEACH!! What a GREAT FIND... Park in the lot (nominal fee).

I first found this place by going and searching for off the grid explorations and found a review of Murphy Ranch Nazi Camp in Topanga State Park.

Solstice Canyon is a park within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area in Malibu, California.
Parking is a challenge if you are going during a popular time (weekends) so you may need to park before you get to the official parking lot or loop it looking for someone who is leaving.

we then took this "inspirational loop trail" that begins and ends at the park. the trail is under a mile but with enough elevation along the way to allow for some breathtaking views of the santa monica bay.
