Fun place for kids and adults. The kids may start playing but you'll find yourself playing with them. I particularly enjoy the bus where I get to play the driver. You can spend several hours at this museum for a small entry fee. They have thought of everything such as a miniature train set, paint room, acting room, wild animal room, and a grocery store, among other things. Definitely, a must for people who live within 25 miles. Enjoy the dinosaurs in the front lawn, but don't sit on them...they can get pretty nasty. Very budget friendly. Tripadvisor is questioning if this is a good place for a picnic. Well, not inside, but as my friend Yogi always says, you may bring a picnic basket to the park across the street!

Enjoyed this venue. It has an old town feel. Just wish they could sell food to eat on the patio. Its on their bucket list. Nice performance. Great singing and acting. They did a lot of scene changes which was very creative but please oil those squeaky wheels. Will go again.

Henry E. Huntington (cut-out) was observed hanging out with a peculiar Ostrich (see photos). Delightful museum and north of La Habra Library I found a charming flight of red brick stairs leading up to the entrance.

The La Habra Historical Museum is elegant and reminiscent of charming historic Museums found in Boston, MA. Kris Dodson narrated history for me. Thank you. Ask Kris---or docent on duty---about the "strange" mystery of the Ostrich farm----haunted!

Antiques (switchboard, spinning wheel and penny farthing cycle) are on the north side. Wistfully no one hanging by the spinning wheel. Energetic and informative tour by Kris and admission is FREE! . Go, go, go!

The La Habra Library is a very small town feel with helpful and friendly librarians. During the summer, it's extra special with their MANY reading programs from small children, to grade school, to teens, to adults. It's a great place to see.
