The only really nice person was the will call ticket person. After parking the car for $15 found a crossing guard that was ridiculously rude. Theater was clean and pleasant. Staff anywhere inside were not a happy group though. Quality of entertainment for Mrs. Doubtfire was top notch.

We stayed at the Westin across the street and walked across the street and the first stores we saw were all extremely high and stores and thought that wow this place has changed a lot since the last time we were here. We drove to the other side of the mall where the North Face store is at and it has much more reasonable stories like Macy’s and Nordstrom‘s.
There are many restaurants and over the course of a couple days we ate at several really good places, including Italian and Rudy’s burger place.
Although there were many places were blank and being remodeled, it’s good to know that an old-fashioned mall with a huge variety of goods and services will hopefully always be around despite most things going online .

Tewinkle Park is small, but wonderful. There is nothing not to like.

There is a full playground for kids that is safe and up to date. They can play there for hours and there are places for parents to sit and care for their kids.

You can picnic there, there are a lot of places to sit by the wonderful large pond they have. There are ducks and squirrels everywhere. It is just lovely.

There are also super paths for walking or running some with little hills, some flat. The area has so many flowers and the visitors are nice.

There is a dog park within walking distance.

If you are in the area it is a great place just to take a break from the City and the noise. There are also places to find shade and just relax. There is also a skate park within walking distance. Have fun.

California Scenario is a lovely spot for a few hours. There is so much to see. There are people who work there that can tell you about the art there.

There is beautiful art to see, sculptures, and an amazing garden. I think it is a must do in Costa Mesa.

It is really a different vibe and it is very relaxing. Parking is easy,

The LAB stands for “Little American Business” and that’s exactly what they are, although they do have a few chain stores. The LAB opened in 1993 to try to counter retail monotonies. It is super cute, not huge with okay parking.

It is clean and all the stores have great service. We loved it and will be back.

There really is a need for an original, indoor-outdoor unconventional "mall" packed with a super cafes, restaurants and retail.

The LAB pushes creative art installations and local artist features and musical events. It has rotating murals, graphic design, a walk thru gallery and other installations.

It is a great place for coffee with family or friends and some super shopping. It is not inexpensive, but what is in Costa Mesa. It is really nice and we like it ever so much.

Escape into nature right next to the City. Fairview Park is more than 200 acres, most of it wild. Some of it is manicured and there are walking paths and a small lake area. It is all just beautiful.

Picnics there are great and if you want to fly a kite you can. It is great for families. They do events now and again, I have not been to one so I have no opinion. I just love the park.

It is clean and well maintained. There are birds everywhere and little ground animals to keep you entertained.

Bathrooms are nearby. In the heat of summer, take some water with you, although the chance of you getting lost are slim. It is only open until 5 pm so get there early and have a great walk. I have never seen a dog there so I don't know if they are allowed.

We have been twice and will be back when we are in town.

Have been coming here for twenty years and enriched as a result.

On occasion, they push too hard to be cutting edge but the overwhelming majority of the shows are excellent.

Shrew versus Taming of the Shrew was witty and clever. Plus the cast seemed like they were having a blast and there were heartfelt emotions on the opening night.

Keep more fine plays coming our way.

The children concert series was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Parking can be expensive, but they are near by alternatives.

The concert was outstanding--a 10!!! The venue is good. It has good acoustics. Seats are reasonably comfortable. It's cool that your concert ticket also gives you access to the Fairgrounds. Ushers need more training. My fiancee had a walker (knee problem), which needed to be stored. First usher was no help. We went to the other end of the section and two female ushers were extremely helpful. Parking can be tricky--especially for handicapped. Box office told us one thing, parking attendants told us something different. What they don't tell you is that if you want reserved parking, you must ask for it when you buy the tickets. They will not give it to you later.

I come to Metro Point when I want to take my time to shop and have a Starbucks break or enjoy the great food at one of the restaurants. There is plenty of parking above or underground, and the sun seems to be shinning at all times.

This is a very good brewpub in a light-industrial/commercial area of Costa Mesa (in Orange County, California) which has several microbreweries and taprooms. The place is overall nice, with some comfortable seating indoors and partially covered picnic table-seating outside. The beer range if good overall and the quality of the beers I had, including an excellent Irish red ale, very good. Food which I had was excellent, including a "smash" style cheeseburger and fries. Both perfectly cooked. Service was good and some people working there are clearly enthusiastic about the beers.
