We spent a wonderful day exploring the Cape with our guide Ray. Pickup was on time, Ray was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his city and country, and shared some wonderful information in local African customs. Would highly recommend this tour and Ray.

    The tour was relatively good.
Got picked up on time and enjoyed the sights and sounds.
It was only my sister and I.
Traffic was a bit hectic since it was December 31st.
At Table mountain national park we got to experience the most beautiful scenery, we even came across a family of baboons and some ostriches. One highlight was the ocean and mountain views at Cape Point and
I definitely would recommend the pizzas at the two oceans restaurant. Other than that
We were pressed for time and we did feel a little rushed.
We did not manage to finish the tour since we could not go up the cable cars at Table Mountain as the Queues were too long, we decided to go by ourselves on another day as out tickets were available for the next 7 days.

Ian was recommended by a friend on our recent world cruise. We are so glad that we followed his advice!!
Ian responded quickly to our request and set up our Cape Point tour. He kept us updated prior to our arrival and was waiting for us on the dock when we arrived.
What followed was an amazing tour of Cape Town and Cape Point, and all the areas in between. Ian was very friendly, quite informative, and very willing to make changes in the basic itinerary, if we saw something that looked interesting. I cannot say enough about how comfortable he made us feel. We had a beautiful sunny day, and the various stops along viewpoints were simply magnificent. Our adventures at Cape Point, Boulder Beach, the winery and everywhere else made it a trip to remember. Ian didn’t just take us to an attraction and drop us off, he accompanied us the entire time, providing additional color and insight into the beautiful sites we were seeing.
I cannot offer enough superlatives for his professionalism, quality of service and friendliness. If you want an African adventure to remember, contact Ian at African Moon Adventures..

Cape town really has it all and we saw it all in 4 days. From the dramatic mountains that drops into the clear blue seas to the white sandy beaches and Penguins! We are not so much into history but the Roben Island tour which by the way was conducted by former prisoners on the Island got us very interested. The kirstinbosch botanical gardens are phenomenal and filled with plants that are endemic to South Africa. You might want to bring a picnic basket here if you manage your time properly. The views in the winelands of Stellenbosch and Franshhoek are absolutely incredible. We were lucky to be here after the rainy season so the vineyards where at their greenest. We had some great wines at various wineries and met with some great people along the way.Our last day was at Aquila game reserve where we saw 4 of the big 5 and a lot more of other animals. Aquila is more of a game reserve than a Safari but doing the game drive on quad bikes made it very special to us!.Since animals went extinct in the Cape region, this is the only chance visitors have to see the animals without having to take long flights to kruger national park.We saw and learned a lot during our stay in Cape town and ooh the views from Table mountain where second to none! Always carry a jacket with you when you are in Cape town as the weather can be very unpredictable and changes within minutes.
Thanks Xavier for a very well coordinated program. You made our trip memorable.

We absolutely LOVED every part of it. Our guide went the extra mile to make this experience memorable. If you are in Cape Town, you cannot miss this. We also got to see the amazing, cute penguins up close. They are so adorable! I may have taken too many photos lol. The entire trip is covid-conscious too for those who wonder about this.

Amazing tour by Marlene with great knowledge of wine making and many amazing and scenic wineries curated for the tour. These wineries seem off the beaten track and are in the awe inspiring settings of Cape Town mountains.

The tour started off with the Table Mountain Cableway, amazing views from the top of Table Mountain of the Harbour, Lion's Head, Signal Hill. Go early (8am) to avoid long queues.
Thereafter, had the most scenic of coastline drives taking in the hip Camps Bay, Hout Bay to visit Seal Island (very affordable bar on board the boat), lovely winding Chapman's Peak Drive, ending at Cape Point with a small hike up to the Lighthouse, the views over False Bay are awesome! Take pictures at the Cape of Good Hope and don't forget to visit with the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Finally return to Capetown via Fishoek and Muizenburg - a most thorough and enjoyable round trip. Thanks to Idris (tour guide) for being so accommodative and m8nding us so well.

We had the pleasure of doing two trips with Tatenda as guide.
The first one was from our hotel in Cape Town to Cape Point and The Cape of Good Hope. The walk up to Cape Point is well worth the effort to see the huge steep cliffs. On that trip we saw the penguins at Boulders Rock and the fantastic Chapmans Peak Drive.
The second trip was a full daytrip which included visits to the vineyards at Groot Constantia and Little Eagle, a visit to the botanical gardens at Kirstenbosch.
The last visit of the day was a get past the queues ticket to Table Mountain where we had a wonderful time looking at the views and just managed to get down as the rain closed in.
Tatenda was /is a wonderful and attentive guide, who was always there but never in the way.
I can really recommend this visit.

My wife and I visited Cape Town on our honeymoon, but wanted a chance to see the city without missing anything. Thankfully we had Richard by our side. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about Cape Town - knew all the spots for eating, views, beaches etc. He's photography skills also came in handy especially when we were at vantage points for the perfect Instagram shot. Definitely a trip to remember and definitely a guide I cannot recommend enough. Look him up next time you're in Cape Town. Thanx Richard!

We were a small group coming to Cape Town for the first time. We booked several tours with OTC. The first day we did more the "tourist" items with Robbins Island and Table Mountain. They took care of everything to make sure our day was easy. Our guides were Lizette and William. Both were very friendly and knowledgable. They helped make the day enjoyable.

Day 2 was more amazing. Cliff, the owner of the company, was our guide with William our driver. Cliff knows his stuff and is super friendly. We had a great time. He did basically what we wanted him to do. If we wanted to stop, he stopped. If we were looking for a break for a cup of coffee, he took us to an amazing roadside stop.

Cliff took us to the Cape of Good Hope, to see the penguins at Boulder Beach as well as some great wineries. At Boulder Beach, he took us around a different way and got a great view of the penguins away from the large crowd on the other side all crowded in on the boardwalk. Cliff really took care of us. We got to a vineyard kind of late, but still got us in on the tasting.

Our group will continue to use Cliff and his group every time to Cape Town.

Thank you Cliff, William and Lizette.

Santana and our driver were truly amazing, we had the best day with them and leaving them felt like leaving family! They were very knowledgable about all stops on our tour, took us to a great lunch place and even dropped us off at our dinner location after the tour. We highly recommend this tour as it's private and can be completely customized!

    Amazing tour for the cost.
