A fantastic day, sampling the wines/sparkling of South Africa. Thank you Luca and Kabura Travel for a well organised, informative and fun day out. We unfortunately just missed the wine tasting at the Fairview winery but they still provided their wine & cheese pairing for us to try, which was a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend this tour to sample the wine region in the Western Cape!

Great experience with Andrew, a friendly, knowledgeable and flexible guide. Visited all the best wineries with adequate time spent at each. Would recommend the activity to anyone visiting Cape Town and interested in wine

It was so relaxing to take a 2 hour ride through the vineyards. Our host and guide were amazing at getting us comfortable with the horses and showing us the basics.

After the super experience with Denver our guide for the half day city tour we requested him again for the full day tour. Our guide was very informative. He could tell us about the history of Cape Town and the modern city, and the surrounding areas. We throughly enjoyed both tours

Highly recommend Louise and the team at the Pink Germainium -- if you are considering any sort of horseback riding experience in the Capetown wine country, look no further, Louise and team are phenomenal across the board. My wife and I did the full day riding tour during a time when all of the wineries were closed due to COVID, but Louise went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, enjoyed the idyllic scenery, and had a scrumptious feast of a picnic to boot. Louise and team's knowledge / experience and genuine care for the horses makes any tour with them a treat not to be missed during your time in Cape Town.

We recently returned from a fabulous trip to South Africa ( Nov 2019). I went with my husband, andy my children ages,17 years old, 15 years old and 13 years old. My kids are pretty active and enjoy seeing as much wildlife as possible. Andy customized our tour of the wine region to make it very family friendly. We petted a Cheetah, interacted with baby owls, watched lions being fed, saw baboons, seals and penguins all in one day at various different locations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We toured with them for 2 days and they booked spectacular dining for us (probably 2 fancy for the kids taste but very lovely and delicious). I feel very lucky to have found them through my trip advisor search. Also, very reasonable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed Wally and all of his stories. I would highly recommend!!

Was exciting, we had the good luck to have a witty tour guide with a lot of humor, and a good sense to the spirit of the group, which she handled in a very clever and smart way that even the ones from the group, who had a big lack in being punctual at the next meeting point understood, that the whole thing only works if everybody involved in this tour cooperates.
Cape point is spectacular in its wild pure reduced beauty, and it was almost a spiritual beginning, because it was so cold by the heavy winds, and you hardly understood what the therapy person was telling you.
The trip through a couple of town was interesting and next high point was Simon town with it’ Pinguin colony which will be much smarter to visit in the morning because at about noon when we arrived it was crowded.
in traveling situations, I rather see myself as a maverick, so I did hate the crowds
After dinner in Stellboch we visited a vinery, with excellent white and red South African wines
For my feeling this daytrip was characterized by always being in a hurry so if there would be a second time I would split the to attractions from each other - do on one day the cape tour and leave enough time for another day for Stellenbosch and it’s beautiful vineries

My husband and I had the best time riding with Louise and friends! We chose this riding experience due to all the reviews about how well cared for the horses are, and we were not disappointed. Round, shiny, and friendly ponies! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and Louise let us take our time to soak them all in. Our picnic lunch was a blast, and we very much enjoyed getting to know them. Hope to do this again soon!
