We had the pleasure of doing two trips with Tatenda as guide.
The first one was from our hotel in Cape Town to Cape Point and The Cape of Good Hope. The walk up to Cape Point is well worth the effort to see the huge steep cliffs. On that trip we saw the penguins at Boulders Rock and the fantastic Chapmans Peak Drive.
The second trip was a full daytrip which included visits to the vineyards at Groot Constantia and Little Eagle, a visit to the botanical gardens at Kirstenbosch.
The last visit of the day was a get past the queues ticket to Table Mountain where we had a wonderful time looking at the views and just managed to get down as the rain closed in.
Tatenda was /is a wonderful and attentive guide, who was always there but never in the way.
I can really recommend this visit.

The day started out with a Turkish-delight and wine-pairing at La Brie, followed by being one of the first to taste a new release of a bottle of Le Lude MCC paired with the most amazing canapes. After that, we headed off to Glenwood for some cheese and wine tasting under the old oak trees and finally ended the day off at La Motte. Jonathan's experience and knowledge are unrivalled and we thoroughly enjoyed the private tour and learning a whole lot more about the wine industry!
