Caren was the consultant assigned to us, and she patiently attended our questions and requests promptly. We made a few changes on our itinerary and Caren had always been accommodating to out enquiry.
During the tour, Jared was our tour guide. His knowledge on Capetown’s landscape and history was amazing! We love it that he tried to find out what we like and try to accommodate to our request especially with the kind of restaurants/cafes we like.
Overall our first experience with Capetown was very positive, and we will certainly be back!

He is an amazing guide, knowledgeable on culture, history, geography and hotspots including amazing dining. Aside from our evaluation forms, we decided to write down our impression about the operator of the tourAfrica Travel Company. The purpose is one and only: to express our overall gratitude to the staff for running this trip smoothly, safely and efficiently. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had Jacob, the driver, Noah, the cook and Leah, the tour guide as a crew.Â
Everything, the communication, the service and the organisation, was absolutely fantastic.Â
In particular, we'd like to emphasize the role of Leah, our guide. She has demonstrated an exceptional sensitivity, maturity and intelligence in handleing a group as diversified as ours. Few generations with totally different cultural backgrounds (Australia, Chile, US, Croatia), all together on board 24/24 for 22 days! Nevertheless, without any sign of fatigue, Leah managed the group well, enabling us to enjoy the tour, understand our differencies, and have so much fun throughout the trip. Impecable! Bravo Leah! Amazing achievment in terms of responsibility and interpersonal skills. We will remember this trip and the services provided by your crew foreveer.Â

The spa is a calm, beautiful oasis--and Nadine is a really nice woman.
