He was kind and shared lots of fun facts about the areas along the way. - Julie F1 contributionWe had a fantastic day. Our guide Danson was the best. He was such a gentleman, and he managed to get us to each of the stops at precisely the right time, with no long lines, and enough time to enjoy them without the crowds.
Danson took photographs of us along the way which was really nice. He knew the good stops to go to for the best views, and he was fun to be with. He shared a lot of knowledge about the area and the history and we learnt a lot.
We had plenty of time to enjoy Table Mountain, the penguins at Boulder’s Beach, The Cape of Good Hope and the scenery along the way.
Being a private tour meant we could decide how long we wanted to spend in each location.
The only thing we would change (and not a big deal) is to have lunch somewhere other than at a restaurant used by large tour groups - a private tour with a few guest has the ability to go somewhere more authentic and it would have been nice to have had a choice on where we could eatWritten 11 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Sad not to see Great White sharks, but that is the fault of the Orcas not the operator! This was one of the many things we learned about while we waited for other guests. The hosts were super knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. We saw loads of Bronze Whalers (and a very cheeky seal!) right up close, the crew were excellent at drawing the sharks right up to the cage. I love a boat ride so the ~30min trip from the harbor to the site was an added bonus, nice to see our bay and beaches from "the other side". If you suffer from motion sickness, it'd be wise to take precautions in advance so that you are feeling 100% at dive time. Take an underwater camera if you have one. He was so lovely to get to know on our 5 hour drive to and from Cape Town. We saw beautiful scenery and stopped at sweet local coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Dylan made sure we were personally connected to our tour guides and made our whole experience run extra smoothly. I would highly recommend him. The dunes were breathtaking, and the experience was thrilling from start to finish. The guides were professional, making sure we felt safe while still having a blast. This adventure is definitely a must-do when visiting Cape Town – a perfect way to combine adrenaline and stunning scenery!

Our driver Clement was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained for the long drive and we had a stop to get snacks and refreshments. Once there the facilities are great, free drinks on arrival and lunch. The safari was stunning, it doesn’t matter which side of the truck you sit they will always manoeuvre the vehicle so both sides get to see the animals. I would list this as a must do activity while I’m Cape Town as it gives you the opportunity to see such a great array of attractions in continuous fashion. We saw two large pods of dolphins, smaller groups of dolphins, penguins and seals. The ride in the boat was a blast in its own right, the wildlife absolutely made it. Our guide Mawande is the best, he made the long journey less annoying telling us the history of South Africa and curiosities about the cities and all the places we have seen along the street.
We made the 2 days tour with Safari at the Garden Route Game Lodge. It was amazing! Beautiful rooms and a special staff which is extremely kind and attentive to every need. The food was gorgeous and varied. During the 2 days Safari, we saw all the Big Five and we had so much fun. You can upgrade to this ticket when you arrive as we only paid for standard and as we had a small child and pushchair we were ushered to the lift and the front of the line. 動画や写真はスタッフさんが手慣れた手つきで撮影してくれ、ありがたかったです。
ツアーガイドのPrincipalはホスピタリティに溢れ、日本文化の話で盛り上がることもでき、とても楽しかったです！
I could touch cheetahs at a Cheetah Outreach!
I thought that I could touch cheetah, but I was really impressed because I could stroke it. I could even feel the cheetah's breathing.
I was grateful that the videos and photos were taken by experienced staff.
