- We have just finished an excellent food tour with Justin, who I cannot praise highly enough as a guide. He was both knowledgeable and passionate about the food and wine of the Cape and grounded every dish in its historical and political context. And he was funny. - hjonaNew York City, NYSpent a full day with Wine escapes and Louw. Visited three great Stellenbosch vineyards with delicious wines. And a lunch stop at a wonderful restaurant.
Louw was terrific host letting us move along at our own pace, giving us some interesting historical perspectives of the region and guiding us in appreciating the quality of the wines. We never felt hurried which I really appreciated and each place had a unique and different feel to them.
I recommend this tour and Louw very highly. A very enjoyable day. - Melinda MBoulder, COOur 3 day wine tour with Marlene was wonderful, she was knowledgeable and fun to be with. She took us to some amazing Estates and we had lovely wines with pairing. Our accommodations were delightful at the Le Petit Paris, and all of the restaurants Marlene recommended were superb. This was such a fun day and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. Joseph was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and engaging. We even got to squeeze in an olive oil tasting for one us. The wineries were lovely, the tastings were great and the tram was fun. Highly recommend this tour. Got picked up a bit late because of some events in town but the tour didn't feel rushed because of it. Julian and the wineries staff were very knowledgeable and passionate. - We had an amazing time. Our driver whose name is Djiby was the best. On the way to the tasting he gave us a history lesson about Cape Town and when we arrived at the vineyards he was very accommodating with our time.

They took us to places we wouldn't have been able to go on our own to eat food from South African culture and food from other countries. The food at each restaurant was delicious and I felt a sense of familiarity. I was deeply moved by the historical explanations. Play with squirrels at the park The communication with my daughter was very calming and heartwarming. I was very grateful to them for always taking care of us during the tour. Anyway, I have to sign up for the tour. There was no town, so Thank you Carol and your company.

Both wineries that we visited were beautiful with beautiful views. The wine was good and was paired with cheese and the first winery and dried meats at the second. Our driver/guide was friendly and informative.
