- Bonduelle M3 contributionsIt's going to be hard to put into words just how extraordinary this excursion was, far beyond anything we could have imagined. Don't hesitate a second before booking, you're in for an unforgettable day. Thulani, our guide, is a passionate, funny, hyper-sociable person, who throughout the day gave us a wealth of information about Cape Town, its history, its flora and fauna. It was a unique experience, as we were able to walk and visit paradisiacal beaches, a nature reserve where we could observe ostriches, monkeys, antelopes, penguins... The day was a succession of places to marvel at. The food provided was delicious and well suited to the places we visited, with fish and chips at lunchtime in the harbor, and bagels in the evening on the beach. The highlight was the beer tasting on the beach and the gin and tonic cocktail at sunset. We didn't have to think about anything (no need to think about renting a car, driving, parking, restaurants, tickets for natural parks, where to find the animals....). We just had to let ourselves be guided and enjoy the wonders of the region. He was very knowledgeable about the town, giving us a great insight into daily life in Soweto and its history. It was great to see Soweto by foot, experience taking the local bus and taste the local food and beer. He also took very good pics! They provided excellent communication and were highly accommodating to all my special requests. The team worked hard to ensure that all of my needs were met and exceeded my expectations. Everything from the amazing accommodation, to the knowledgeable guides, to the incredible wildlife encounters was above and beyond my expectations. I recommend Shwari Safari And Travel highly enough - they made my dream trip possible. - AmandaJane_21Sydney, Australia16 contributionsEdna & the team at Elle Private Tours accommodated us a with a private tour from Franschhoek to Betty's Bay to see the African Penguins, then onto Cape Agulhas to see the Southern most tip of South Africa where the Atlantic & Indian Oceans meet.
We spent a wonderful day with Edna, who provided us with details about the countryside, the farm crops, local animals, and towns as we drove to / from our destinations. We learnt a lot about the Western Cape and greater South Africa from Edna, she was both informative & happy to answer any questions we had.
We felt relaxed & comfortable with Edna, who is friendly & an excellent driver.

I found Queer Eye Tours as one of the few LGBTQ+ tour companies and knew I had to book a tour. I booked the Night Out with Drag & Cocktails tour, which included stops at Café Manhattan, Beefcakes & Pink Candy Nightclub. All communication and booking was professional and easy. Our experience on the tour was spectacular! Juan, the CEO of Queer Eye Tours, allowed us to be lucky enough to have him as our tour guide for the evening. Juan, showed and spoke of the beauty and value of the DeWaterkant neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the educational elements of the tour!! Each stop on the tour was a fun experience with amazing hospitality. I am very grateful for Juan taking pictures and videos throughout the tour, adding another amazing and unforgettable element! This tour was one of my favorite experiences in South Africa ever!!
