He arrived early, told us all about the area as we traveled to the safari, and ensured we had everything we needed. The safari guide was very knowledgeable and ensured we had a diversity of encounters and saw a wide variety of animals. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we will carry with us! I would highly recommend Wild Safaris to anyone traveling to this area. - Suzanne K2 contributionsWe enjoyed our safaris with Heritage Tours & Safaris in St. Lucia. We had a full day Safari in Hluhluwe Game Reserve with guide Phindy, and a Half day safari in iSimangaliso Wetland Park with guide Heine, and a hippo cruise.
The guides that are working with Heritages Tours & Safaris have so much knowledge and work with so much passion, it's really incredible. You feel the love they have for nature and wildlife. 3 hours of pure bliss under the African night sky. Elephants, hippos, jackals, genets, bush babies, chameleons, Buffalo, zebra, Reed buck, duikers, Waterbuck and my favorite.... hyenas. A "laugh": 3 hyena seen in the distant, feeding on a very smelly kill, and my highlight: a "cackle" of 8 who came right up to the game viewing vehicle. Sakhile was an outstanding guide and even through in a quick Zulu lesson. What a brilliant outing.#hyenas

His love for his land shows in the way he talks about it, about the animals, about the language. We had so much more than a safari day, we had a history lesson, we had an adventure! And the most wonderful person as our guide. We strongly recommend this safari!

We were fascinated by the ants' nest that he showed us, though we refused to eat the supposedly tasty ants. Then it was the dung beatle, then it was the African spoonbill, then it was the cheetah and cubs feasting...you get the point. Ashley was a great guide and companion. - David ALondon, UK17 contributionsA very enjoyable way to spend a few days. The safari was excellent and we saw four of the big five close up with the added bonus of some cheetahs.Linder was very friendly and helpful.
The wetlands day was also great. Luke kept us entertained and informed.
The night safari was a nice start with the hyenas being the highlight.
Thank you to both guides.

- HABUK179 contributionsWhat an extraordinary experience! I initially reached out to the company to discover options and from the very first interaction they were very professional. Throughout the trip they were kind and engaging and shared insightful information about the area. Lesotho it absolutely beautiful! What an experience. It is hard to describe the landscape because it is so unique and breathtaking. The driver was very careful and very skilled, which was very important for me since the roads are a bit treacherous—-but it made the experience even more exciting. The lodging overnight was very clean, simple, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this company and a visit to Lesotho!
