I would like to share my extremely dissatisfactory experience with your tour company and express my dismay over the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed.
Recently, I booked a tour with your company and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the tour was never conducted, and despite several attempts on my part to contact you for an explanation or to arrange a refund, your company remained unreachable and ignored all communication.
It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that your company took the money and then simply disappeared without delivering the booked service or responding adequately to my inquiries. This behavior is unacceptable and leaves me with an extremely negative impression of your company.
I strongly advise all potential customers against availing services from your company, as they are evidently either incapable or unwilling to fulfill their obligations.
I will also share my experience in the form of a negative review on various platforms to warn other potential customers of similar disappointments.
