The on site staff are wonderful. Tembe is essentially your private chef. A wonderful cook. She even baked a birthday cake for one of the guests. the Vivia Safari staff are wonderful also. The full day Kruger drivers/guides are knowledgeable. One of the Viva managers checks up with you at night and confirms the next day schedule. The food was delicious, the guides were terrific, the garden beautiful, the room clean and the overall experience exeeded my expectations. Getting to meet people from allover the world was an exciting plus! The camp site is well maintained, tents are beautiful and food was delicious and the guys were very friendly and welcoming. The game drives was excellent with very knowledgeable rangers. From my first inquiry, Norman has been very responsive and answered every question, I had asked without hesitation. Kruger is an amazing experience and so was the combination with the beautiful Panorama Route. His team and guides were very good. - Hilke R2 contributionsMy boyfriend and I thought the all-day safari was great. Our guide Luvuyo was super friendly and very helpful. He often asked if we were okay and if we had any questions. We had a good conversation with him. He was able to tell and explain a lot about the animals. He answered all the questions.
We could see four of the Big Five.
Also the communication with Elephant Herd Tours & Safari was great. They responded very quickly and were extremely helpful.

Hot Air Balloon, Massages, Afternoon Safari, Dinner in the Bush, Panorama Route, Jessica the Hippo, Quad Safari, Kruger Park, Elephant Interaction, etc. They even arranged a chef in our villa to prepare a six-course dinner with wine pairing.
They did an amazing job, communication was easy, and small changes were no issue at all. He always asked if we were ready to leave before leaving a spot. While they can't guarantee seeing anything, he was able to guide us to see the big 5 plus giraffes, hippos, zebras, kudus, crocodiles, and lots of animals from the antelope family. Firstly, Mongovo cater for individuals at budget prices which others don't (they require a minimum of two people). The cost of the one day tour was a bargain compared with others.
Keegan turned up early so we could be first in and avoid the throng. Even after 8 years of guiding he can maintain the enthusiasm and that is a measure of his dedication.
It was a non stop action packed 11 hours. Yes, all the big 5 were seen, with all the cats having young. Heaps of other birds and animals were also spotted. Keegan will tailor your journey to what your preferences are, be it wildlife or fauna.
