    Review of: La Vita Spa - Drak Gardens
    Very good massage and facilities, but uninterested staff
    My wife and I booked treatment at the Spa. and arrived well in time to be able to utilize the wellness center facilities.

    A swim in the heated pool was comfortable ( considering daytime air temperature was about 10 degrees. A sauna opened all the sweat pores and warmed up the body for the massage.

    Some tight "knots in the shoulder area were identified and dealt with - a bit painful, but after the massage felt really much better - as it is said - "no pain, no gain!' A really good massage, and my wife agreed that her massage and facial was expertly done.

    BUT - the staff were seemingly quite disinterested and just did the job. No conversation. No asking how we were feeling .No comments at all and during entire treatment were not very conversational and just gave basic instructions as to how we should lie or turn around etc.

    A more friendly disposition would have boosted this rating considerably.

    Booked for their advertised special.... R350 (hot stone back massage & pedicure). My pedicure was done so badly.... so many shortcuts & NO undercoat ... NO overcoat. Just ONE single applicaton of nail vanish... very untidy work!
    I have pedicures every month & pay alot less for a proper pedicure.
